CATERING•Selection of caterers or Michelin Star Chefs

ART OF THE TABLE •Furniture hire/Table decoration (tables, chairs, lounge seating, dinnerware, cutlery, glasses…)

RECEPTION DECORATION

CEREMONY DECORATIONCEREMONY DECORATION•The decor will be based around a theme in accordance

with the Wedding reception and Evening

•Meet our florist, to see floral compositions, bridal bouquets, buttonholes

•Meet the Priest or the Master of Ceremonies for a non-religious ceremony

•Install signboards, indications and decors

•Arrange the creation and installation of the religious Order of Service, the bride and grooms, the best mans and

witnesses’ speeches. Arrange the lyrical or gospel singer according to the choice of the bride and groom.

•Supply of confetti or rice etc… for the church exit.

•Collect the bouquets from the church pews on the day, take them to the reception venue and place them with care

and consideration

•Manage the timing of the course of events of the ceremony

RECEPTION DECORATION•The decor for the reception will be based on a theme decided with the bride and groom

•Creation of a Concept Board to your specifications

•Confirm the theme to co-ordinate and set the rhythm of the evening (key words and colours defined)

•Creation, test at the venue and confirm the models made

(Menu, guests’ names, seating plan, Centre Pieces for the tables…)

•Set up the decor at the venue (install a dance floor, a stage…)

•Dedicate an area to an unusual form of entertainment, example: photo studio etc…

BEAUTY PREPARATION •Makeup: Our makeup artist available for pre-wedding trials and on the day

•Bridal dressmaker: We accompany you to our designers’ and give you advice for the Bride

and the bridal procession (bridesmaids, witnesses, page boys…)

Bag hanger engraved with the bride and groom’s names, lighters, USB keys, personalised T-Shirts, pens, bracelets…

PRESENCE •Our presence on your wedding day and the day before at the reception venue

-Co-ordination and welcome of the service providers

-Installation of the decorations and seating plans

-A wedding planner at the ceremony and another at the reception venue to co-ordinate each service provider

-Assure that the evening runs smoothly (timings to respect)

-Looking after all the last minute details

-Manage the speeches by the various guests (best man, bride’s father, witnesses and families)

-Accompany and seat the guests

-Manage the final payments to the service providers

•Presence at the Brunch venue

-Supervise the arrangement of the floral decors and the setting up of the tables and buffets

-Co-ordinate with the caterer

-Supervise the taking down of the evening’s decorations

-Collect and return all items that belong to you that have not already been taken away (flowers, seating plans etc…)

•DIAMOND / ALL INCLUSIVE FormulaWe accompany you throughout the entire organisation of your wedding:The Diamond formula includes research of the venue, choice of caterer for the evening and the following day’s brunch if applicable, photographer, video, band, DJ, decoration of the reception and ceremony venues (flowers and decoration), graphics and printing of the invitations, menu and religious Order of Service, drinks and spirits, hire of furniture and technical equipment (electrical, sound and light), beauty preparations: fashion designer, hair stylist, make-up artist, baby sitter, car hire, research and reservation of hotels, honeymoon, guests’ favours, sugared almonds. Unlimited advice and appointments. Presence and co-ordination on the day before, the wedding day and the following day.

Our minimum fees for 100 to 150 people: 10% of the global cost (with a minimum of 5,900 Euros)Our minimum fees for 150 to 250 people: 10% of the global cost (with a minimum of 5,900 Euros) Our minimum fees for 250 to 350 people: 10% of the global cost (with a minimum of 5,900 Euros)

•GOLD Formula/Max 4 posts (3 assignments + 2 contacts)We partially accompany you for the event, which means that we intervene for only 3 assignments max and 2 contacts. The GOLD formula includes: venue and caterer research, the decor post; make-up artist or hair stylist contact or car hire etc… + Advice at 6 appointments at the venue or at one of our service providers.
