Work Process

1. Initial briefing and quoteThis is where we pull up some chairs, take out our pens, shut up and listen. The sort of things we like to know are who youare, where you are at the moment, and where you want to go. We like to hear your ideas and discover what you want. Theseinitial discussions help us to understand your business and your goals.After this initial contact we will then generate a quote for you. We will not start the project until this quote and its particularsare agreed. At this stage we will draw up a contract for your approval. This is so that you will know what you are paying forand we will know exactly what we need to deliver. On some projects we may also require a deposit.

2. Concept Generation and PrototypesWith all the knowledge gleaned, we then go away and do a little research. What appeals to your target market? How can webest attract them? What are the competition doing and how can we go one better? These are all things we will research inregards to your project.Then we start work. We go through creative processes to generate ideas. We normally start sketching them on paper andthen we transfer these initial ideas to computer.As soon as these first design concepts are complete, we will send them by email and also upload them to your own webviewing area where you can view and download the artwork for assessment.

3. Final Concept AgreementWhen we have sent you these prototypes we like to talk you through the ideas behind them. We then listen to your viewsand feedback! You tell us what can be developed or refined. Usually a couple of ideas will catch a client’s eye and they mightwant them tweaking before they make a final decision. We then might have to go away and do these amendments.After any amendments we should have a clear winning design.

4. ImplementationSo with the prototype concept agreed we then get on and implement it, applying it to the final output.

When we are finished we will send you a final proof of the work. This will need to be signed off before we send it to print orlaunch it on the web. When we have an agreement, the work will finally be output and we can sleep safe in our bedsknowing that all the blood, sweat and tears have paid off and we have a brilliant end piece which meets your needs!
