The objective was to create a fun and comfortable working environment for the good people at Elite.

Issues regarding the environment were taken into consideration with the use of mother nature’s resources such as daylight, plants, and water.

To achieve this, the idea of a homely design combined with the elements of nature, plus the corporate colors of the company was implemented in the interior

space.

The fun space is then disguised by a solid and serene façade that reflects stability and success of a fast expanding company in the exhibition industry.

Fire Fighter Industry Office Lounge | Federal Highway

Having monopolized the fire fighting industry spanning almost four decades, our client wanted a place to showcase their achievements and awards gained

through years of hard-work since its establishment in 1974.

The brief was to design a lounge where the staff and private guests can gather and indulge in their daily business and leisure activities in one place.

Our design combines a serious-corporate image (the wall-of-fame) with a relaxing touch of carefully selected sofas , decorations, and a beverage bar that syncs

with the corporate colors; giving the lounge the perfect “work hard-play hard” look that has brought the company where it is today.

Fire Fighter Industry Office Lounge | Federal Highway

Chuan Seng Hin Sdn Bhd is a company providing professional audio visual services. Their intent

was to convert an industrial property into an office which will hold a product showroom and

approximately 300 over staff.

A client with strict traditional principles that have seen them climb to the very pinnacle in the

industry, the office design is set in a monotonous linearity with a serious business look to it.

Locally renown hair studio Miko, contacted us to designed a straight-forward and clean-cut studio for their latest outlet in IOI Boulevard, Puchong.

Using white as the base color, a touch of life is emphasized on the walls with a carefully selected wallpaper finish which makes the styling space an attraction from the exterior as pedestrians

walk by.
