GOODCreating awareness about the careers at the company through the company page in a sophisticated way is best practice. If you are able to keep people on the platform it is preferable. People that have logged in to Linkedin want to stay here.

NO!Spam… I am not working as scientist in Germany. It is not likely I will follow this company in the long term if this is the content they want to contribute with.

WELL…OKEncourage your employees share relevant jobs from personal profiles. It is likely that someone at IT knows other IT people. But still, this is not a viable long term strategy.

Question:So if it is not best practice to share individual jobs through

the news feed. What do we do? Answer:Drive interest through status updates and information that

are relevant for your followers and direct them to your company page on LinkedIn.
