On the Admin page:
Click Sponsored Job Settings

Choose whether Admins or any Recruiter seat-holder can sponsor jobs
On the Sponsored Job Settings page:
Select Admin Only if you only want Admins to sponsor jobs, or select Anyone if any Recruiter seat-holder can sponsor jobs

On the Recruiter homepage:
Select Jobs Manage Jobs

1. Select the jobs you would like to sponsor by checking the boxes
2. Once you’ve highlighted the appropriate jobs, click Sponsor at the top
Tip: Use the filters and search bar on the left to find the jobs you want to sponsor quickly!

Sponsor jobs you already have posted to LinkedIn
1. Set your Cost per click (the amount you will spend every time a candidate clicks on your sponsored job)
2. Set your Total budget (the total amount you will spend on each job you have selected to sponsor)
3. Click Start Campaign

As you are posting a new job:
1. Check the box next to Yes, sponsor my job
2. Set your Cost per click
3. Set your Total budget
4. Click Post Job

Select More Admin

Set defaults to automatically sponsor jobs that meet certain criteria:
• Select the appropriate Country, Job Function, Bid (Cost per click), and Budget
Note:
• To add additional defaults, select Add another Sponsored Job target
• To remove a current default, click the x on the right side of the popup box

Add a source tag to your sponsored jobs: More>Admin>Sponsored Job Settings
Steps to tagging:
• Go to “More>Admin>Sponsored Job Settings”
• Input a source parameter (e.g., source=SponsJobs or source=sponsored). The source parameter that is suggested is a good example, but you will want to confirm the format with your ATS (some will use the syntax s= rather than source=, for example)
• Click “Save Settings”

Budget guidance
$300-500 per role per month (as of Feb 2015)
• $5,000: sponsorship 15-25 unique jobs• $10,000: sponsorship of 30-50 unique jobs• $30,000: sponsorship of 100-200 unique jobs
**If you are sponsoring groups of jobs for the quarter (ie. Sales, Engineers, etc) make sure you allocate a total budget that will cover the total amount of jobs you will post within that category!

Select Reports Job Analytics
Note: you can also access analytics by clicking directly on the job title from the ‘Manage Jobs’ screen

Note: Impressions will show you the number of times your job appeared in the sponsored placement
“Overview” tab for the particular job’s analytics
