Method:Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions, drainand keep warm. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat andgrease it with nonstick spray. Fry the mince for about 3 minutesor until brown. Remove the mince with a slotted spoon and setaside. Fry the onion and garlic in the same pan for 2 minutes.Stir in the tomato paste, chilli powder, paprika, oregano and
canned tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes or until the mixturestarts to thicken. Stir occasionally. Stir in the cooked macaroni,mince and 180 ml of the cheese and heat for 1 minute or untilthe cheese begins to melt. Season with the salt and pepper.
Serve sprinkled with the remaining cheese.
