Course and Its Value For Future Engineers He is Civil Engineer. He is builded many

flats and houses, Complex in Bhavnagar city and outside of the city also.

He believes that only degree is not important but student has skill in his/her field. Then, he will make successful engineer. So, he advised to student that he can give time in study with skill also.

Experience He is in his field nearly more than 15

years. He is builded many houses, complex,

flats, also.

About Work He take his work as a new

establishment, as a goal, as a mission. He is do his work properly as per

planning and goal. He is do his work without see time until

he will not reached on his goal and planning.

He like in his field work as he is do for society.

Challenges As per everyone’s life challenges are come,

same as in Bipin sir’s life also. He is passed his diploma from B.P.T.I.

college and his parents are stayed in junagadh. At that time, he faces many challenges. He stayed in hostel in Bhavnagar at that time with bearing hostel nuisance and stay alone from family. But, at that time he concentrated on his study for do his and his family.

Continued…. “It's been a long and exciting journey,

but a journey full of focus and hard work. And I think a journey full of saying 'yes, I'm willing to take the next challenge. I'm willing to; I have the confidence of moving through it and producing some good results.” He said.

Life Experience/ideal Person He is believed in Dhirubhai Ambani life. Dhirubhai faces many problems in life,

but he was made successful person same as Mr. Bipin make a successful person with successful faced challenges.

Advice for future Engineers He is give advised to future engineers that

he is in any branch, study is not enough. He has knowledge about current affairs, knowledge about his field/new technology in market.

He said that student is concentrate in study with some skills. He said there is needed change in education system like study with skills. Then, student is made skillable.

Short term Vision His short term vision is earn money for

family and stay good & high lifestyle. He also believed for people to build

houses at low possibly low rate.

Long Term Vision He said that not only good for him but

for also society. His team is work good until it will do his

best and famous in city/state. His team will reached at peak of

popularity.

Qualities of Successful Employ He said that employee is good in his

area is not enough but he will be good in personality also.

He is also good family member, good person in society. He will do help to indeed person, he is good in manner, talking and communication. He is member of company not higher than company.

Contribution According to him, His contribution is

make himself more and more useful for society.

He is builded home for people as possible as low rate.

He is stayed good relation with their workers.
