Hüseyin ERKAN Chairman&CEO

Istanbul Stock Exchange

At a time when financial markets are becoming global and interaction between financial institutions gains acceleration due to rapid development of the communication channels, the mission of the Istanbul Stock Exchange as a dynamic and rapidly growing institution is to take the growth of our capital market to the next level and to contribute to economic growth by creating added value for the economy.

Achieving this goal under the international competitive conditions and as desired is only possible if and to the extent information is made available to all respective market participants at the right time, in a complete and impartial fashion.

With this sensitivity, the ISE attaches great importance to public disclosure and assurance of transparency in all issues falling within the scope of its activities and deems it an indispensable requisite to implement these corporate governance principles across all functions within its structure.

The website of the Istanbul Stock Exchange has been made available to you for this purpose. Our website has been designed in a manner which will enable all the users to make decisions effectively and with an information sharing mechanism to satisfy all the requests.

I hope that our website proves useful for you and would like to state that, to achieve the better, the will always welcome any suggestion from you.
