Action Plan DHL Global Forwarding
DHL created an internal dedicated team of 23 people, representing all areas of the
company with the mission to evaluate possible risks in cargo transportation during the
World Cup.
After this analysis, an action plan for each possible situation were developed, in order
to minimize operational impact.
Other focus of this work is to maintain constant communication to our customers.
DHL understands that each client has a scope of work and a different need. Therefore,
for this period, we worked focused on each specific demand delivering the best
solution; such as: pre-booking for certain shipments.
To ensure that our customer continue to be served with the same excellence as ever,
we developed work scales for our employees, encourage solidary rides and home
office for the days of major local traffic.
To keep our customer updated with government information, we started monitoring
government agencies regarding relevant issues.
Weekly communication are sent to our customers.
