The sole purpose of our covers is more than to just look good and transform an ordinary phone into a one of a kind, but also to secure and protect it from possible damages. Technology has taken cell phones to a dimension that just a few years ago seemed impossible. The cell phones in today’s world have endless capabilities; they are capable of not just taking pictures and video but also sending and receiving such to others, they play music, allow its users to navigate through the internet and check emails, they have gone as far as having integrated GPS. While accomplishing such innovative and astonishing capabilities, cell phones have also become a lot smaller and fragile. They are no longer the size and weight of a brick; however, such changes have left cell phones more susceptible to damage. Acknowledging such possibility makes it easy to understand why cell phone covers have become a necessity, rather than an accessory. That’s were Custom Cell Phone Covers comes into play, we saw a window of opportunity. Our vision is to become a world-wide company, to be the bar when it comes to cell phone covers; to deliver ultimate customer satisfaction by providing a one of a kind experience and delivering the best cases in the cell phone industry.

We use recycled combined with raw material to create this innovative product. Our environmentally friendly method of production is cost efficient which will allow our company to offer our products below market value, while increasing our competitive drive. Our quality covers will protect against everyday wear and tear and provide our customers with peace of mind, as well as a sense of satisfaction that they will find nowhere else. Our goal is to provide quality products while also ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction.

Executive Summary

Custom Cell Phone Covers is an entirely new and innovative take on a simple product. You can go anywhere and find at least half a dozen cell phone cover retailers. The problem with that is, while you have a choice of where to make your purchases, everyone carries the same covers! We are aimed towards the individual that wants to have something different from everyone else. Custom Cell Phone Covers was a culmination of many ideas. After brainstorming many different ideas for a successful small business with lots of room to grow, the talented team of executives came up with the idea for this company. Cell phone covers are something that everyone could purchase at least once in their life. In our day and age it is almost unheard of to not have at least one cell phone, while many business people have 2-3.While we are not the first cell phone cover retailers we offer a great, high quality product, at a cost lower than our competition. We believe our company is going to blow our competition out of the water on prices, variety, and ease of use. Our commitment to providing superior products is going to keep customers coming back again and again.

All of our covers are simple and easy to use. The majority of them simply slide on over your phone. Other types include snap on and decal type covers. With the exception of the decals, all can be easily changed out.

As we will expand on further in our financial summary, by making smart financial decisions such as buying in bulk and purchasing plastic futures, we will be able to offer our customers lower prices. In comparison to our competition, we will try to always be at least 5% less expensive than they are everyday. This will help us gain a loyal customer basis.

Since we only use the best quality products, all of our covers are marketed as long lasting and durable. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If any customer is not completely satisfied for any reason we will refund their purchase price or exchange it for a comparable item within 30 days. We do not expect to lose very much revenue on this, as our products are all USA made out of the finest raw materials.

Unlike other retailers, we plan to offer a cover for each type of phone currently out on the market. Each cover comes in a variety of styles, designs, and colors. With our easy to use online customization and ordering system consumers can create their very own customized cell phone cover and have it delivered to their home or business. Since we will be manufacturing our own covers, we have the ability to make anything fully tailored to your wants. We will also be able to make covers for any phone anywhere in the world.

Our raw materials to manufacture our covers include, but are not limited to, plastic, silicon and leather. Any of these materials can be used to make a cover for your phone. As previously stated we can offer any cover in a variety of colors and designs. We also offer options that include glitter, rhinestones, “phone tattoos”, and pictures of your choice. We want to give our customers the options to make anything they want. While the completely customized covers are available in our online store only, we will still offer a larger variety than our competitors in our local stores.

Company Background

There are no current company operations to date. The potential risk that may present it will be competing against established cell phone providers (example “sprint, AT&T, Verizon etc”). When consumers purchase a cell phone the chances are that the Retailer will present the consumer with the option of purchasing accessories and other products in bulk at the time of purchase. The cell phone cover convenience that buyers have directly after purchasing a phone at a cell phone provider location poses a risk for our company.

Custom Cell Phone Covers offers consumers the opportunity of personally customizing their cell phone covers at a reasonable rate. Our company also offers the convenience of creating cell phone covers online while in the comfort of his or her home or any location where the internet is available. All Custom Cell Phone Covers are created by the consumer, which

reduces the risk of our company creating a product similar, or identical to those of another company.

Our company does not allow the consumer to use established brands or emblems which reduces the chance of potential legal actions. All products will be inspected and screened directly after the consumer has submitted a request to ensure that no established brands or emblems will be used. We will not provide the consumer the ability to insure our product, which ultimately makes purchasing our product less attractive. However, we do provide the consumer with the opportunity to return the product within 30 days of purchase if they are unsatisfied with our product.

Management Team

Custom Cell Phone Covers is organized as a general partnership. In the near future we hope to be large enough to switch to a master limited partnership. Eventually, we have the aspiration of growing in such a way that we may become a large corporation.

The initial management team will depend on the founders themselves, with little back-up. As we grow we will take on additional consulting help, plus graphic/editorial, sales, and marketing.

Gerson XXXXXXX, our head of sales & marketing, has been in the cell phone industry for over 5 years. He knows what it takes to please and satisfy customers’ needs and wants, and he knows how to sell it to them. Pulling from his background in sales, he is able to come up with new innovative designs and marketing plans to attract and bring in new customers all the time, while giving exceptional customer service. Cooped with a strong background in management, he has the dedication, desire and passion it will make Custom Cell Phone Covers the bar for all phone cover company in the U.S., and ultimately, become a world-wide known company.

Geliah XXXXXXX, our head of purchasing/finance, has a well rounded background in all of the areas that she will be supervising. Her experience and dedication will be vital to the success of our company. She also plans to hire and train at least 2 junior buyers to help with the purchasing of raw materials and supplies, as well as hire a book keeper from a local accounting firm to double check her records and give suggestions. Her knowledge in accounting will make a difference and help us stay organized; she will be the backbone of our company.

Adrian XXXXXXX is our head of manufacturing/plant manager. He is in charge of our warehouse and all of its employees. He has an extensive background in management as well as a personal interest in machinery. In the warehouse, he also has many highly qualified employees so be a resource for him. He will be responsible in staying on top of special orders and making sure we produce the best covers in the market. Without his manufacturing experience and creative ideas, we would have no chance to

Marketing Plan

By opening a location in the Valley Fairf Mall, Custom Cell Phone Covers, will have peace of mind knowing that there will be plenty of potential buyers. Combinig the population of both cities, there is at least 2.85 million of potential customer, not including people from other cities. Our target market is anyone and everyone that owns a cell phone. As stated by an AT&T employee over 89% of the U.S. population owns a cell phone. Our phone covers will not favor one company more than another, we will focus and do research to see which one are the hottest phones out there. With such a large market, there is guarantee to be a lot of competition. Research shows that within a five mile radius of the Valley Fair Mall there are over 8 AT&T, 5 Verizon, 10 Sprint, 11 T-Mobile and 21 Metro PCS locations. All those places have accessories such as cases available for their customers. The was we will buy into their market is by competitive pricing and one year in-the-spot guarantee of our cases. We will have such unique cases that they will catch people’s eyes from miles away. In order to be successful we will also provide exceptional customer service as well as discounts for multiple purchases.

By doing business with a Westfield’s leasing team who aims to ensure the shopping centers are fully occupied and the mix of retailers in each center meets the needs of the consumer markets and communities it serves. With over 453 million consumer visits annually portfolio wide, Westfield offers our new business brand access to a diverse group of shoppers enabling us to reach our target audience. Whether we’re looking to do a localized campaign or a national program reaching across all 56 Westfield Shopping centers, Westfield provides us with an ideal location to showcase and bring our brand to life.

Manufacturing Plan

Our company will be manufacturing our own products, which will save time and money. Our products will be manufactured at a local warehouse. This location will contain the machines that are used for production and stock bulks of inventory. Our energy efficient machines have a computerized program that can customize each individual product in a time efficient manner. Many of our products are environmentally friendly because they are made with recycled material. This computerized program is so advanced that it uses raw materials to create a finished product that is unimaginable. The machine can produce a maximum of six products at the same time. We chose this option because we plan to offer the best quality products in a short amount of time.

As mentioned above, our customers will have the ability to design their cell phone covers at our online store or at a store location. Our online store has a greater variety of options, however, will have kiosks around the local store, which will allow the customer to view and finalized their products. Whether ordering online or in the store, our customers will be presented with suggestions for similar designs to match that of which they have already chosen. The customer will then save their design and be presented with a reference number.

Those who purchase at a local store will then fill out an order form that will consist of their contact information, phone information and the reference number for their order. Our company will then review the order form with the customer to ensure that all their information is correct. We will also confirm the order by reviewing the product using the reference number. Once all the information is confirmed the customer will be given the option to pick up their product at the store or have it delivered to their home or business at no additional cost. The order is the faxed or sent via web mail to our warehouse location. The same process is applied to those who order online, however instead our customers will be communicating with a virtual customer service representative.

Our warehouse will contain the majority of our products and supplies. Our local store will carry minimal inventory. The advantage of having a local warehouse, allows us to retrieve products and supplies at the customer’s request. Inventory of our supplies at the warehouse will be conducted three times a day (morning, noon and evening). Inventory of our supplies will be conducted at our local store before opening for business and after close of business. Our local store will contain standard covers with a variety of designs such as glitter, rhinestones, phone tattoos and pictures. This will allow the customer to purchase any additional supplies they may want for their cover.

Quality Control of each product is maintained by all personnel, from the time the order is processed to the moment the customer receives their product. Our employees will receive training in a variety of areas. Those who work in the warehouse will receive additional training in the area of

Quality Control. Each employee is required to demonstrate their knowledge of the area where they were assigned. The quality of our products is guaranteed, therefore if a customer is not satisfied they are provided with alternative choices. There is no need for customers to insure their products, because we will do what it takes to make sure that they are completely satisfied.
