Corporate Report During 2015, Perez-Lin-Hyatt Industrial invested $28 million on capital expenditures and an additional $20–25 million on research and engineering. All major projects undergo a rigorous financial analysis to ensure they meet all investment return objectives. Employees completed two major projects at Perez-Lin-Hyatt including expansion of Asian and northern European markets. Major effect at Perez-Lin-Hyatt centered on development of product line extensions of our Tubular™ and ReedBit™ drill technology. The outlook for 2016 is encouraging. The backlog for our products—an important indicator of current demand—grew to a record $265 million at year-end 2015.
