I supported automated equipment in all 3 facilities comprised of various control platforms. Additionally, I provided onsite engineering, programming and deployment of a variety of new equipment ranging from material handling systems, Kilns and dryers, and a fully integrated real-time production tracking/management SCADA system to improve overall production efficiency. I also oversaw the construction and provided commissioning services for 4 new kilns and dryers, as well as additional automated processing and packaging machinery required to supply and compliment the additional kilns.
