This project involved the demolition of the existing Miracle City Mall, and the redevelopment of the site into a mixed-use retail and office lifestyle center. Along with this, the project was rebranded by C&P, and renamed to Titus Landing. We worked with the Developer and Civil Engineer and the Landscape Architectural firm Dix-Hite to develop the various elements for this mixed-use center.

A key feature includes a central open landscaped area that will also serve as a community event space along the main axis from the entrance through to the movie theater building. Public facilities were designed and provided in support of events that take place in the heart of the new center.

This project involved the demolition of the existing Seminole Mall, and the redevelopment of the site into a mixed-use retail, fitness and entertainment lifestyle center. C&P worked with North American Development Group, AVID Engineering, the Landscape Architectural firm Foster-Conant, and the City, to develop this mixed-use center as a collaborative effort.

The main entrance to the center connects the perimeter roads to the interior shopping and entertainment venues with a landscaped boulevard which provides both a sense of place and an excitement that enhances the visitor experience. Adjacent shopping and dining opportunities provide options and variety for the patrons of the center.

An outdated indoor mall was demolished to make way for both a new Outlet and Power Center. C&P was responsible for providing design services for the Power Center piece; supporting both the intricate demolition of the existing mall and the construction of the new Power Center element. C&P collaborated with Urban Design Kilday Studios in the master planning and directional approvals for the project. C&P phased the new construction to accommodate an existing retailer that eventually closed so that the Power Center could be built all at once. Despite the schedule being fast-tracked, C&P maintained multiple CD sets for accommodation of various changes that occurred throughout the construction process.

The Market at Mills Park is a 14.5-acre site of city-approved urban mixed-use development including 60,000 SF of retail, 310-unit luxury multifamily community, restaurants and office building space. This was a project where the C&P worked intimately with the Developer as their vision was to ensure the integration of all components of the project where it could truly be a place to live, work and play.

C&P designed the retail portion, a 24,000 s.f. Fresh Market, and small retail shoppes. Design elements include lush park elements, outdoor seating areas, and strong walkability features with subtle landscape and water features.

Delray Marketplace is a lifestyle center featuring entertainment, restaurants, and a pedestrian friendly main street layout, lined with parking and outfacing retail shops. An outdoor community amphitheater was incorporated into the middle of the project, to hold events which draw the community in.

The design of the center blends into the surroundings with a warm Mediterranean style, extensive brick paver roads, walkways and unique fire and water features. The lifestyle center is anchored by Frank Theater, surrounded by restaurants on one end and a Publix Supermarket at the other.

C&P collaborated with Urban Designer Kilday Studios in the master planning and directional approvals for the project.

C&P’s relationship with Target started with 18 renovation projects in 2016. As C&P grew to be a go-to resource for Target’s overall needs in the Southeast, including architecture, engineering and government relations, our Philadelphia office has also been looped in to expand on the geography that our team is covers. Now with nearly 60 projects up and down the East Coast, Target and C&P work hand in hand to complete Innovation Renovations, remodels and small format projects.
