We were taught different training methods and how to keep the attention of Training alongside the importance of teaching plans and how to prepare our Training, in and outside the Training Room. For our PowerPoint Presentation assessment Fola was there to help us also on a one to one session, and gave each of us the confidence to present our Courses to the rest of the group and to the CEO. I would highly recommend this course, it is suitable for all levels with the business, Our course was made up of Management, Supervisors and Port Operators who all worked together and showed true teamwork with the Authority’’

A KTP serves to meet a core strategic need and to identify innovative solutions to help that business grow. The project involves a partnership between a company, a graduate and a college/university. The KTP often delivers significant increased profitability for business partners as a direct result of the partnership through improved quality and operations, increased sales and access to new markets. The graduate will be employed to deliver the project for the company with ongoing support from an experienced academic. KTP is part funded by InnovateUk and Invest NI.
