JDE “Tailor Made” SupportWe can design the support solution that best fits in your company. You could outsource it all, or you could plan using your own internal team. Both are viable options, and we can help here.Stable installations that have been working with JDE during years do not always need 160 monthly hours of a help desk to support day to day user issues. Also, users are very well trained after some years, and a help desk service where junior consultants that know less than the user try to solve an issue is always disappointing and ends up being a bad service. We believe a “tailor made” help desk with high quality service attending few clients during limited hours is a lot better solution when outsourcing the JDE support.

The company started business by the end of 2002, chasing the idea of creating a consulting company that could provide a high quality service on ERP implementations. Inside the company and besides the knowledge level of its people, the target was to generate a work environment where consultants could feel that their high professional level was a real value, and where human quality was as important as any other component – an unusual thing nowadays in many South American companies.
