Chelsea Park Elementary PTO has started its "Adopt-a-Class" campaign for the 2019-2020 school year and we would love your help! Teachers are responsible for providing a lot oftheir own classroom resources from books and bins to paying for copies! As you can imagine, this adds up quickly. We would love to have every classroom sponsored this year. It takes $150 to "Adopt" a classroom.

Listed below you will find the different sponsorship levels we offer and the benefits that come with each. We are also offering again the advertisement incentive for Platinum Sponsors. For a $1000 donation, your name or company logo will be printed on the back ofour CPES field trip shirts. Last year, we sold over 1000 shirts!

Chelsea Park Elementary School PTO Adopt-A-Class Program

Please mark your desired level of sponsorship below. We will make every effort to honor

teacher preference, but they cannot be guaranteed. It is our goal to sponsor every classroom,

so you may also choose Uno preference" and your sponsorship will go to teachers that are not sponsored.If you choose the bronze level, you do not get a teacher preference. Checks should be made payable to Chelsea Park Elementary School and mailed to 9000 Chelsea Park Trail,

Chelsea, Al 35043. We would like to receive all funds by August 26th so the teachers can

begin purchasing items for their classrooms. Platinum sponsor logos will need to be received by
