PV/BV and Leadership CommissionPoint Value (PV) andBusiness Volume (BV) are two numeric values assignedtomostproducts,aswellasotherABOpurchases.TheamountofPVanABOaccumulates each month will determine the qualification percentage levelachievedon thePerformance IncentiveSchedule.PV iscalculatedbydividingtheBVbythecurrentratioofBVtoPV.Thisratioisreviewedwheneverpriceschange so that the reward (BV) rises with inflation, while the effort (PV)remainsrelativelyconstant.TheamountofBVanABOaccumulateseachmonthis multiplied by the percentage from the Performance Incentive ScheduletocalculatethegrossPerformanceIncentiveearned.

PV/BV is accumulated by all ABOs based on their product purchases, andisusedtocalculatePerformanceIncentives.PV/BVisallocateduponverificationof payment. All orders received, processed and paid for before the closeof businesson the lastworkingdayof themonthwill be included in thePV/BVcalculationsforthatmonth.Ordersreceivedaftercloseofbusinessonthelast working day of themonth will be included in the followingmonth’s PV/BVcalculations.
