Syrians make up nearly 96% of the total population in Kilis province, and nearly a quarter of the total population in Hatay and Şanlıurfa provinces. Syrians under temporary protection are expected to have improved access to education, work, and livelihood assistance, partially due to the Emergency Social Safety Net supporting eligible refugees with cash assistance while promoting social cohesion and positively impacting host communities.
