• Our AL6XN® plate, sheet, pipe and tube are used in oil and gasapplications, including subsea control lines, valves, flow lines andLiquefied Natural Gas (LNG) vaporizers. AL-6XN alloy is therecognized industry leader in “6 Moly” alloys.

• ZERON®100 super-duplex stainless steel is well suited for severe, corrosive offshoreenvironments. Flat-rolled products were developed in cooperation with Weir to meetneeds for subsea flexible flow lines, umbilical tubing and manifolds, for seawatercooling pipe and heat exchangers and for water separators.

ATIʼs Nickel-Based Alloys provide solutions for oil and gas processing. • Nickelvac® 925 Alloy is a proprietary, corrosion-resistant alloy developed for downhole,sour well production. It is heat treatable for high strength while maintaining a highdegree of corrosion resistance to the effects of hydrogen sulfide gas.

ATIʼs Reactive Metals include zirconium products and our titanium grades. Theirresistance to the harsh, corrosive effects of warm seawater make them ideal foroffshore applications. Our titanium grades are used in products from pumps andimpellers to heat exchangers, piping systems and LNG vaporizers.
