The 33-year-old right-hander rolled games of 289, 265 and 234 at the National Bowling Stadium on April 7 to grab the lead from Justin Ziegler of Corona, Calif., who rolled a 784 series April 6. Magno added 721 in team and 609 in doubles for a career-best 2,118 all-events total, which is fifth overall. Michael Walker II of Weedsport, N.Y., rolled the fifth perfect game of the 2014 USBC Open Championships on April 5. The 28-year-old right-hander added games of 189 and 190 for a 679 series to help Rick's Lawn Service of Auburn, N.Y., to a 3,165 total. more gratifying,” Duke said. “I’ve bowled against these

guys on Tour so many times but it’s still the same – a

battle for every game, a battle for every frame.”

Magno of Cicero, N.Y., again

shook up the leaderboard at the

USBC Open Championships with

a 788 series.

The 33-year-old right-hander

rolled games of 289, 265 and 234

at the National Bowling Stadium

on April 7 to grab the lead from

Justin Ziegler of Corona, Calif.,

who rolled a 784 series April 6.

Magno added 721 in team and 609

in doubles for a career-best 2,118

all-events total, which is fifth

overall.

HOWELL, NJ - Ralph Giordano of

the Four Seasons, Jackson, NJ waited

until he was 75 years young to fire

his first perfect 300 game and high

game of the night. Everything was

falling as he delivered twelve great

shots. His 300 was book-ended by

236 and 223 for a great 759 series!

Opposing Four Seasons, Assist 2

Sell’s George Lucas cracked the 800

barrier with 806-255-276-255. This

also replaces Mike Stevens’ 805 as

the Season high Series. Tied for

fourth high game were Team 15’s

Nick Pettincki and Stu Cohen at 266.

The only other 700 was Anthony

Passaretti with a 717-258. Emerald

Platzer, Masella Construction, threw

a 646 with honor scores of 238 and

225 as the sole woman in the league.
