* Lead analytic role for Blue Health Intelligence Project, an initiative of Participating Blue Plans and Consortium Health Plans that offer a national data warehouse of medical and drug claims, membership and provider information. AttendedJ.A.D. sessions, performed user acceptance testing, and built benchmarks from statistical extracts.

* Received Special Achievement Award for integrating BlueAdvantage claims data into the Arkansas BCBS Enterprise Data Warehouse, a multi-year, enterprise wide endeavor to add 6.4 million member records, 21 million claim lines and 1 billion,484 million dollars in paid claims into enterprise wide data warehouse.
