• Standard FeaturesMotor: 1/2 Hp, 115 Volts, 1 Phase, instantreverse, intermittent duty motor, protectedagainst overload by a built-in thermal protectionwith automatic reset. Also available with 50Hzmotor, consult inside sales.

Reduction: first step in reduction 5L/B V-beltdrive, additional steps by chain and sprockets.Input shaft is 5/8" in diameter and supported byball bearings. Output shaft is 1" in diameter with1/4" keyway and supported by ball bearings.Output shaft speed: 36 rpm.

Friction Clutch: positioned on input shaft, easilyadjustable from outside.

Drive: #41 roller chain with a 41B12 sprocket onoperator drive shaft. Door sprocket selected fora door travel of 6"/s to 12"/s.

Brake: mechanical brake.

Manual Operation: Hoist-a-matic® self-engaginghoist (not requiring a floor level engagement deviceto operate) for manual chain operation. An electrical interlock automatically disconnectspower to the motor operator when chain hoist isengaged. Hand chain on right is standard.

Electrical Enclosure: all electrical componentsare in a NEMA 1 enclosure. Electrical enclosurecover is hinged with stable opened position.

Limit System: rotary-type oil-impregnated steelcams, commercial grade switches. Limit shaft issupported in frame by self-lubricating bronzebushing for increased precision. Remains in timewhen there is a manual operation or after themotor has been removed.

Accu-cam®: precise and quick one-handedadjustment of the limits.

Corrosion Protection: frame and controlenclosure protected by baked on, long lastingenamel finish. All shafts protected by yellowchromate coating.

Mounting: wall, hood, or shelf mounted on theright or on the left of the door.
