• The mentoring service will help open doors and create new career and leadership opportunities for those that have transitioned or are in the process of transitioning from a career in sport into business.

• We will help from inception including developing business plans, raising finance, building support networks as well as connections to help launch their business.

With offices in London, Manchester and Northern Ireland they work heavily in these areas but also deliver programmes in South Africa, and training across Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Afghanistan.

An inspirational speaker and motivator, the first Welsh woman to row across the Atlantic Ocean and a pivotal member of the first all-female rowing crew to conquer the Indian Ocean. She then competed in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race crossing the Pacific, conquering a “hat-trick of oceans”!

Ex-professional rugby player with 48 caps for Wales and 3 Lions caps, is a dynamic and inspiring motivational speaker. An authority on nutrition; weight management; health; fitness and lifestyle analysis.

Former Royal Marine Commando who lost three limbs when he stepped on a landmine on routine patrol in Afghanistan on Christmas Eve, 2007. Despite suffering these catastrophic injuries and being told by doctors he would never walk again, Mark has defied everyone and has learnt to walk with the help of specialist prosthetics. Mark now dedicates much of his time to charity work.(

One of Britain’s most successful sailors, with several World titles and two Olympic Silver medals in Atlanta 1996 and Sydney 2000. Has managed numerous sailing teams, often facing key tactical or life threatening decisions at sea.

Former Samoan dual code rugby international player. In the 1991 Rugby Union World Cup played as an open side flanker, in the Samoans' four games (against Scotland, Wales, Argentina and Australia).
