With the diverse experience in managing and developing the different type of spa businesses either the unique large scale day spa up to award winning luxury resort spas throughout Thailand and South East Asia; this can guarantee the enthusiastic and innovative spa professional for implementing the comprehensive spa strategies to ensure the success of spa business operation.
My vision in managing spas is leading the industry and focus on people development. My strategic management style is result oriented, flexible and emphasize on continuous improvement. With the background of strong hospitality experience range from deputy director of room division, general manager for pre-opening project and multi-properties spa operations manager in the region of South Asia, this qualification together with the master degree in business management major in hospitality management enhance my skills to be able to establish and originate the system to operate spas business in various challenging situations and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities of the Role: total 260 staffsPlanned, developed and set up the 10,000 sqm. day spa operations in Phuket to be ready to open by reporting directly with owners.

Concept Development: I had created the new spa concept “Cultural Spa” by combining the strong cultural background of Thailand heritage with the traditional Thai medicine philosophy and promote this as “The World’s First Cultural Spa”. And expanded this concept to all service and product concept throughout company as the Kingdom of Wellness. Spa Business operation plan: I had prepared the business plan to present with the investors for get funding from the financial institution successfully. Key Responsibilities of the Role:
13 spas in Thailand, 3 spas in Maldives, 1 spa in Vietnam and 1 spa in India total 320 staffs
Operations: Work with the Managing Director to provide supervision and line leadership to all spa operations within Southern Asia. Maintain close engagement with the individual spas to maximise revenues, control costs, and look after our people. Establish and maintain an effective control environment, both financial and operational aspect.
Team Leadership and Management: Oversee the performance evaluation and professional development planning and career planning for all operational managers and staff within the geographic region.
Availability of Talent: Work closely with the hotels and the Training centre to ensure that our Supply and Demand for therapists is balanced, and that we are producing people with the right skills at the right time to fulfil business strategy.
