new extension to the rest of the hotel, whilst

keeping with the period property. When thewellness zone was complete it was finishedwith materials that reflect what ESPAis all

about - natural materials, and shapes that can

enliven the senses, lighting to calm the mind,

and a layout that is unfussy and relaxed. The

flooring is a timber deck, whilst the furnishings

are teak, and the fabrics used around the spa

are a natural beige colour. Meanwhile the

lobby resembles a luxury yacht, and the

reception area has a spa bar that serves light

meals, Ayurvedic teas and fruit juices. The

Victoria-Jungfrau ESPA also offers a Private

Spa suite, which houses a sauna, steam show-

er, bathing pool, a lounge and a treatment

area - and if a customer books three or more

treatments then this private room is where the

treatments will take place. After all, there is

nothing better than a customer being offered a

really personal experience. There are 16 indi-

vidual treatment rooms. The spa also has an

indoor swimming pool, which is certainly

breathtaking. The blue and gold mosaic tiles

add that special touch, like a beautiful reflec-tion in the calm water. There are also

whirlpools, a saltwater Jacuzzi, steam room,

sauna,solaria,ClarinsBeautyCenter,andphysiotherapytreatments.Thisspa offersqual-ity,with a hugeselectionof treatments- butmostof all, it comescompletewith a beautiful,calmsetting.
