Anatoli, Ayia

Anatoli

The monastery was founded by martyr Damianus in the 15th century.

Nuns from all over the world live in the monastery.

Can you see the flags in the photo?24 languages are spoken in the monastery!

The nuns showed us their organic farming and products

We discussed about new, organic methods of cultivation

The nuns explained to us in simple words how valuable organic products are.

We borrowed organic seeds for our own vegetable garden in our

school!

And then, we had some fun in the activity playground outside the

monastery!

We learnt a lot!

We enjoyed ourselves the most!
