    Bola Ajere is the President & CEO of the AMC Consulting Group, amanagement and technology consulting company based in Los Angeles,

    California, specializing in Information Technology, Information Security;Information Technology Audit; Change Management, Business Continuity; andMiddle Ware consulting services. His clients include; Directv, Bank of America,IBM, Farmers Insurance, State Farm Insurance and World Disney.

    He is also the President & CEO of the Sierra Madre Group, an IntellectualProperty Management and manufacturing company. His clients include 3M, Tyco, AC Delco,DuPont and Norton.

    Recently, he founded the AMC Online Media Services Company, a professional onlineinteractive media company based in Los Angeles, California, that provides regulatory interactivemeasurement compliance services to Ad servers and online publishing companies in the areas of

    Click Measurement, Ad Impressions, Rich Media and Audience Reach Measurement forcompanies such as Google, Yahoo, MSM, CNET and others in the online media space.

    Bola was a senior partner with Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles, where he was thepartner in charge of the Enterprise Risk Management practice.
