Application Booklet

Dear AIESECer,

It is with pleasure that we release applications for the first Entity Control Board (ECB) for AIESEC Singapore 2014-2015.

AIESEC Singapore has seen much growth over the past few years and we are ambitious as an entity to continue this growth. As AIESECers of Singapore, we are ambitious to continue developing purposeful and action-oriented youth leaders as our contribution to Singapore and to the world.

This makes the role of the ECB more relevant than before. As we pursue our ambition to create more leadership experiences, we want to ensure that every experience is of high quality and adheres to the global standards of AIESEC.

• Neutral body to support AIESEC Singapore in implementation of standards

• Last decision making body on the national level on quality management cases

• Create National Quality Regulation Principles• Implement and educate XPP and National Quality Regulation

Principles• Manage satisfaction of the exchange programmes of AIESEC

The Structure of ECB

Note: Education Team and Fire-fighting team will be prioritised to be formed in the first phase (November-December).

Process Evolution Team will be formed in the second phase (January-February).

Profile of ECB

• Strong interest in delivering standards & satisfaction for AIESEC exchange programmes

• Proactive• Effective communication• Strategic thinking• ECB Chair profile: At least 1.5 years of AIESEC experience, minimum LC EB

experience and above. Recent AIESEC alumni are preferred.• Only available to AIESEC members or alumni based in Singapore

• ECB Team members: At least 0.5 years of AIESEC experience, open to all current members of AIESEC or recent alumni• Open to international candidates but AIESEC Singapore members are highly preferred.

Responsible on the MC of AIESEC Singapore.• ECB Team members will be coached by MCVP GCDPo, GCDPi, GIPo and

GIPi, depending on whether they are OGX or ICX responsibles.
