The Global Citizen’s programme gives Vietnamese students the opportunity to go abroad to partake in social projects (Literacy, Cultural Understanding, Career Development and Environment) in various countries and territories - similar to the social projects that we run at home. Through the programme, we hope that young people will gain a unique combination of multi-cultural, social and entrepreneurial exposure during the formative years of their life in order to contribute back to their home communities.

The Global Citizen’s programme allows graduating and recent graduate Vietnamese students to go abroad to gain valuable international working experience. It is about taking challenging opportunities for skills development for both future education plans as well as addressing the talent need for a company. The opportunity is not solely intended for earning money, travelling or a permanent career placement. If the company or rganization decides to employ the trainee on a permanent basis in the host country, AIESEC will have no role to facilitate.

From big to small, AIESEC members are always looking for spaces to hold meetings, going abroad preparation seminars, and activities for skills development. This is your opportunity to share your space for youth development.

We are looking to develop exchange participants even before their journey abroad to ensure they have the right toolkit for a valuable experience. This is your opportunity to showcase your organization’s best case practices through workshops.

The cost of the outgoing exchange programs may not be aordable for all qualied students. This is your opportu-nity to nance the life-time experience of an individual for positive impact – maybe even consider your employees.

The Youth to Business Forum is an initiative powered by AIESEC driven by a global need for businesses and youth to communicate on major issues and generate ideas for future actions. Youth opinion is validated and strengthened with input from experienced business leaders.

For three years, AIESEC in Vietnam has been connecting young leaders to the business community though an annual one-day event in Hanoi and in Ho Chi Minh City. With the introduction of the YouthSpeak Survey, AIESEC in Vietnam seeks to grow and position itself as the leading Vietnamese Youth Voice to address the future challenges in the Vietnamese business market and society itself.
