Soft-skill Training Program

Overview#UP is a project establishedby AIESEC in UEL Vietnam in2016. It allows you to trainVietnamese students aboutsoft skills such ascommunication, teamworkand leadership as well as toinspire the youth tovolunteer work and setsocial impacts.

Structure of #UPUnlock Project involves students especiallyin UEL. The whole project lasts for 9 classes

with 5 days of indoor classes and 4 otherdays of outdoor activities

Skill-training sessions which will deliverthe knowledge and offer many new

perspectives on soft skills to students

Simulation activities apply the theory thatstudents have just absorbed in innovative

and unconventional ways

Outdoor activities are held to bring studentsand interns closer together, thus create a cozy

and cheerful atmosphere

How to teach or train soft skills for Vietnamesestudents before and during the internship

Make plan and discuss with all other EPs and OCContent of the project to organize skill classes

Local AIESEC integration events, cultural activitiesand do GCDP Quality (NPS) Survey.
