What is TEAM MEMBER PROGRAM (TMP)?

Team member program experience is an opportunity for the youth to develop entrepreneurial

and responsible leadership by living a practical team experience at every single level:

Local, National, Regional, and International or Global Level.

Why do we should take this opportunity?

With this special learning environment together with value – based platform, AIESEC mostly

aims to providing young generations with:

• A practical team experience;

EVENT ORGANIZING

Responsibility

Benefits Requirements

• Building a master plan for event including promotion,

delegation, logistics and stakeholders;

• Preparation time for event: Venue, Stakeholders (Guest

speakers, Chairs, Customers), Budget Plan, Promotion,

Logistics, Delegation and things served for a successful

event;

• Kicking off event: (1) Event is kept track strictly based

on HR MAP; (2) Observe the general atmosphere;

• Customers’ satisfaction and Team’s Goal;

• Writing the final REPORT.

• Team experience of AIESEC: experiential learning,

international environment, and leadership

opportunities;

• Experience as an event organizer who is required to be

equipped with a lot of special soft skills such as:

Detailed-thinking, Critical Thinking and Innovative;

• Key learning: Teamwork, Task & Time management,

Communication, Characteristics of a REAL Event

Organizer.

• Interested in working in an international

environment;

• Customer Focus;

• Commit to the end;

• English is required;

Marketing Communication

Responsibility

• Control and develop promotion campaigns related to

events, recruitments, projects and annual conferences;

• Take responsibility for establishing, maintaining and

capitalizing on the communication channels for

external stakeholders such as our customers/

partners/ advisors;

• Facilitate the branding management, protection and

procedure, the brand strategy;

• Be in charge of market research and implementing

marketing plan for project;

• Design materials for promotion campaigns of projects

in short-term and long-term;

• Empower Marketing members by delivering

education/trainings on marketing communications,

branding and information management.
