This Addendum forms a part of the Bidding and Contract Documents and modifies the original bidding document as posted on the JJC website. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum as specified at the end of this document. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY SUBJECT BIDDER TO DISQUALIFICATION.

Part Number Correction:

The part number for item #14, Microsoft Project Online - subscription license (1 month) is 7TR-00001. A revised bid form is attached to this addendum. Questions Received:

1. For line item #2 (Part Number 6VC-01251), is the quantity of 1041 for the FTE count? Yes, all line items with a quantity of 1041 are the FTE number

2. For line items #5 and #9: by licensing SQL via cores, you don’t need the CALs at any level; based on that, we would recommend only licensing via the core model. We were recommended to have them in the past. Licensing models from Microsoft have continually changed yearly. Please recommend what is viable with Microsoft’s current licensing terms and point out any cost savings.

3. Follow up question to the above: if you want to license via the CAL model (which is more expensive), the part number listed for line item #5 is through a Select Plus agreement; do you want to license it that way, or use the comparable part for an EES agreement? Please propose both options and list the benefits of each. We are interested in a solution that offers more flexibility, better asset management, and a way to balance growing technology needs with predictable costs.

4. For line items that list a 12-month SKU in the Part Number column but have a corresponding item description designating 1 month, are you looking for the quantity listed for that amount of months? Or looking for the quantity listed in users for a 12 month period per user? See line item #10 for reference We are looking for the amount listed for the year (12 months).
