Abdos Labtech Pvt Limited established in 2009 manufactures high quality plastic labware under state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand about 4 hours from India capital New Delhi.

NON-PYROGENIC CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS

Every lot of Abdos Micro Tips, Micro Centrifuge Tubes, Centrifuge Tubes, Cryo Vials and Radioimmunoassay (Ria) vials and Pasteur Pipette are tested for Pyrogenic.

This report certifies that samples of the above products obtained from finished products are Non-Pyrogenic. Endotoxin levels are < 0.6 EU/ml.

Products were tested for Endotoxins by the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) Gel Clot Assay.

Procedure:Lot samples of the products were extracted according to current FDA guidelines in

Pyrogen free water and the extract solution was then assayed along with the positive and negative controls. The sensitivity of the LAL Gel Clot Assay was 0.06 EU/ml.

Results:Endotoxin levels <0.06 EU/ml.

Comments:Current FDA/USP guidelines set endotoxin limits for medical devices at 0.5 EU/ml, and

0.06 EU/ml for devices that contact cerebral spinal fluid. We test products according to the guidelines for medical devices that contact cerebral spinal fluid.

RNase FREE CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS

Every lot of Abdos Micro Tips, Micro Centrifuge Tubes, Centrifuge Tubes, Cryo Vials and Radioimmunoassay (Ria) vials and Pasteur Pipette are tested for RNase.

This report certifies that samples of the above products obtained from finished products are free of any detectable RNase contamination.

Products were tested for RNase activity by the following protocol.

Procedure:Products were extracted in RNase free water. The extract was then added to an RNA standard.

The RNA standard was incubated at 37°C for 1 hour then heated to 65°C for 5 minutes. RNA samples were then run on an agarose gel, photographed, and evaluated for degradation.

The analysis of leeching in Micro Centrifuge Tube were conducted. The tube were exposed to Methanol for 24 Hrs and the scan data of extract were collected together with Blank Standard Methanol. The above graph demonstrates the Sample curve is overlapping the Blank(Methanol) curve and no absorbance found to the threshold limits confirming that the material has no traceable leeching with Methanol.

Manufacturing the component

We have high quality & fast injection moulding machines to fabricate plastic products with the help of highly precise tools. Manufacturing is carried out in ISO certified clean room ensuring the products to be RNase, DNase and Endotoxin free. We use both screen and pad printing facility to print various products as required by our customers. It is possible to print products under OEM contract (with artwork provided) for our customers. We also ensure high quality Sterility through the technique of GAMA Radiation on our products.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Buyer: The person, firm or company who purchases Goods from the company.

Company / Manufacturer : Abdos Labtech Pvt. Ltd., India

Brand: Unless otherwise agreed, products will be supplied under Abdos brand name.

Contract: Any Contract between the company and Buyer for the sale and purchase of the Goods, incorporating these conditions.

Goods: Any Goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied to the Buyer by the Company [including any part of parts of them].

Price: All prices are quoted as per Inco-terms 2010. The initial Purchase Price will be decided at the time of prevailing orders. At any time before delivery, the Company reserve the rights and may adjust the price to reflect any increase in the costs of supplying the Goods.

Currency: The prime currency of contract will be US Dollar, unless otherwise specified or agreed for any other currency.

Purchase Order: Once a final purchase order has been placed by Buyer and accepted by Company, it shall not be cancelled or modified by Buyer without the written consent of Manufacturer, except in the case of manifest error.Delivery: Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.

Payment Terms: Abdos standard payment terms either 100% Advance along-with the order or 100% through Confirmed, Irrevocable & Freely Negotiable L/C Payable at Sight.

Shipping Terms: Abdos standard shipping terms are Ex-works basis. However, we also supply goods on FCA, FAS, FOB, C&F, CFR, CIF, CIP & DAP Shipping Terms based on Buyer’s specific requirement.

Delivery and Safety: All Products delivered pursuant to the above terms & conditions shall be considered delivered when suitably packed for shipment in Manufacturer’s standard shipping containers, marked for shipment at Buyer’s address, and placed with a carrier Inco-terms 2010. Buyer shall pay all applicable taxes, customs, duties, insurance and similar charges that may be assessed against the Products after delivery by Manufacturer to the carrier.

Company Obligations & Warranties: In the warranty period the Company will be responsible for manufacturing defects of the Products. Company shall be entirely responsible and shall provide immediate replacement and repairs of the Products or parts thereof found to be defective. Any claim or complaints against manufacturing defects should be intimated within 1 year from the date of receipt of goods at Buyer’s end thereafter no complaints/claims will be entertained.


Product recall and Product withdrawal: In the event of a Product recall or Product withdrawal, in compliance with Council Directive concerning medical devices, as amended or supplemented by national legislation, Buyer must co-operate with Company in carrying out such recall or withdrawal. Buyer shall furthermore co-operate with Company’s attorney, consultants and insurers in investigating and defending any claims or proceeding involving the Products.

Company shall bear the cost of replacement subject to the maximum amount equivalent to supplied goods (excluding shipping cost).

Intellectual property rights: Company owns all right, title, and interest in all of Company’s patents, trademarks, trade names, inventions, copyrights, know-how, and trade secrets relating to the design, manufacture, operation, or service of the Products, and to all registration, licenses and approvals for sale of Products.Neither any Contract nor the sale of Products conveys any license, expressly or by implication, to manufacture, duplicate, modify, or otherwise copy, vary or reproduce any of the Products.

Company shall have the right to defend, or at its option to settle, at its own expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Buyer or a end user claiming that the Products or their use infringes any patent, copyright or trademark.Arbitration: In case of any disputes or difference, the arbitration shall be carried out as per Indian Laws.
