Annual Business Sponsors and companies who exhibited last year and have contracted with payment in full for the current year will receive the first chance to renew their 2018 booth space and priority booth assignments. If two 2018 exhibitors contract for the same booth at the same time, longevity will prevail. After July 15th, booths not renewed (contracted with payment in full) will be released and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, NO EXCEPTIONS. Sharing of booths by multiple companies is not permitted. Booth confirmations will be sent out after August 1, 2019.

Note: If you broke down prior to the designated time in 2018 there will be a penalty assessed at time of registration. Please review the Rules and Regulations which can be found at http://www.hcanj.org/exhrr.

You must set up on Monday and cannot break down until the show closes on Thursday.

Annual Gold Sponsors will receive one complimentary exhibit space. Annual Platinum Sponsors will receive two complimentary exhibit spaces.

Each 8’ X 10’ exhibit space includes:

Six exhibitor passes

One complimentary cocktail party ticket

Carpeting

Back wall and side rail drapes

ID sign (company name and booth #)

Six-foot draped table (top and skirt)

Two chairs

One wastebasket

AEX will replace the six-foot table with a four or eight-foot table upon request. Change forms are located on our website in the AEX Order Forms.

Associate Members and Platinum & Gold Annual Business Sponsors will be identified on their booth signs and with ribbons for their badges.

Booth Services

Atlantic Expo (AEX, Inc.) is the official convention service and drayage company. AEX order forms and event rules are available on the HCANJ website at: http://www.hcanj.org/events-education/exhibitor-info-forms/

Set-up and dismantling: AEX will be available for assistance. Load in/out is via the loading dock at the exhibitor’s expense. Each exhibiting company is responsible for tracking their own materials.

Designated set-up is: Monday, October 28, 12 noon to 8 p.m.

Designated dismantling is: Thursday, October 31, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel accommodations are not

included in your exhibit contract.

All room rates are subject to Atlantic City room tax, currently 13.875% percent. Rates are also subject to a New Jersey State Tourism Promotional Fee, currently $3.00, and a Room Assessment Fee, currently $2.00, per room, per night, and Resort Fee of $15.00.

Reservations include $5.00 voucher toward self-park, two (2) guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center, basic WIFI for two (2) devices per room per day and pool access. Room rates:
