Sub: Revised List of Recognition as Qualified Person (RQP) and accreditedconsultants of Quality Council of India (QCI) ,NABET for preparation of Sandmining plan for prospective sand miners of the state of Tripura.

With reference to the above mentioned subject, this is to state that Expression ofInterest (EoI) was invited for preparing sand mining plan for prospective sandminers of the state as required by MoEF& CC , New Delhi vide notification No.S.O141 (E) dated 15.01.2016 by. the Recognition as Qualified Person (RQP) andaccredited consultants of Quality Council of India (QCI) ,NABET.

An attempt was made through EOI by inviting about 30 firms working in WestBengal ,Assam,Jharkhand and Odisha to come to Tripura for preparing miningplan for sand extraction. Till date about 7 firms have expressed interest .Incontinuation to the notification of list of accredited consultants of RQP & NABETvide this office letter No.F.7(319)/For/FP-18/Mining Plan/36744-58, dated :7thDec,20 1-8, a revised list is enclosed for kind perusal and necessary action.

The project proponent may be asked to approach any of the agencies as per theenclosed list or any other qualified agencies (NABET/ QCI or RQP's) as per the listin the above mentioned website link to prepare mining plan and submit the samefor approval of authorities.
