2015 was a major year for Salon Privé. Not only did the event celebrate its 10th anniversary, but it did so in spectacular style by relocating to historic Blenheim Palace in

Oxfordshire, whose stunning Baroque architecture and beautifully landscaped grounds provided a unique backdrop to the UK’s most prestigious & exclusive automotive event.

Over the 3 days, in excess of 11,000 enthusiasts, buyers and collectors visited the event making it the most successful edition to date.

Salon Privé is set to return to Blenheim Palace from the 1st to 3rd September – we hope you can join us.

Whilst there are an ever-increasing number of classic car shows in the UK, none are as exclusive or as targeted as Salon Privé! None have the benefit of the world-famous

Chubb Insurance Concours d’Elégance alongside and therefore none can match the calibre of UK and international collectors and buyers who come to show their cars and

share their passion with other like-minded owners and enthusiasts.

As we now have more clients wanting to participate than ever before, we have reconfigured the event layout to allow for a dedicated area adjacent to the main entrance for

classic car dealers, specialists and restorers. Immediately visible and with its own central bar area, this newly created ‘event’ is sure to attract a lot of interest and will be known

as the Salon Privé Classic Car Show.

Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987, it is the home of the 12th Duke of Marlborough and his family as well as the birthplace of one of our most famous fellow

countrymen, Sir Winston Churchill. Nestled in amongst 2,000 acres of beautiful Capability Brown-landscaped parkland, it is an experience in itself to visit Blenheim Palace. With

excellent facilities and easily accessible via road, rail or air, it is the perfect setting for such a spectacular event and furthermore, with Woodstock on the doorstep and more than

40 hotels in the immediate area, the perfect opportunity to say overnight and fully enjoy the hospitality.

A key feature to Salon Privé is the Chubb Insurance Concours d’Elégance, regarded by many as the UK’s most exclusive, professionaly judged Concours and renowned for its

ability to attract some of the most prolific and valuable classic cars in the world along with their wealthy owners.

This is particularly opportunist for the dealers and restorers who, at the same time as selling cars, can meet and network with new clients as well as entertain existing ones. It

is a rare opportunity indeed to have so many buyers and collectors in one place at one time.

At Salon Privé, cars are sold and relationships strengthened and for the Classic Car world it is a fixture not to be missed.

Why Exhibit?

Prestige dealers and restorers. As with the automotive and luxury sectors of the event, the aim with the Salon Privé Classic Car Show is to focus on the upper end of the market and

create an independent event with its own identity.

With only a limited amount of space available, brands are selected for their profile and invited to participate with either 2, 3 or 4 car displays.

After 10 years, Salon Privé has established itself as the UK’s

premier event for the luxury and classic automotive segments

attracting HNW collectors, buyers and enthusiasts from across

the country as well as overseas.

Maintaining a high ticket price has ensured that the event

continues to attract the ‘right’ crowd without crowding and

relocating to Blenheim Palace will only enhance this as guests

find it easier to reach from further afield, with many driving and

staying locally in 1 of the 40+ hotels within the area.

Visitor Overview

2015 was a turning point for Salon Privé as it relocated to a more central as well as

permanent location and consequently, the opportunity to reach a far wider audience

is now significantly greater than ever before.

PR will continue to be managed by our partner agency, Torque PR, who will focus

on regular B2B & B2C communications throughout the UK as well as international

automotive trade & consumer press.

A strategic marketing campaign designed to increase both national as well as

international visitor awareness and drive ticket sales will be managed by our internal

team. Regular HTML updates and direct brochure mailing to our existing database

will be supplemented by strategic collaboration with media groups active within

the HNW / lifestyle segment and closer to the event, digital banner advertising will

spearhead the final push.

Salon Privé Main Event

Whatever your budget and however large your display, equipment is consistent throughout the event ensuring an overall clean and elegant look and feel. Dispensing with the

customary and costly stand build of most events, our option is simple as well as both time and cost effective. What’s more, we install and dismantle the equipment allowing

you to focus on the event itself.

The package includes white picket fencing to the 4 corners, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 parasol and company logo board and plot are available for 2 , 3 and 4 car displays. Alternatively

and shown overleaf, is a new option this year; the bespoke equipped package.

As an example, illustrated is Ferrari’s display from 2015. With limited space available, we have created just 2 of these premium bespoke equipped packages for the newly

configured Salon Privé Classic Car Show this year. Offering significantly greater brand visibility thanks to the 8m rear wall, this upgraded package also provides you with the

opportunity to present cars for sale whilst entertaining new and existing clients within the adjoining private marquee. Decked flooring, wall lining, lighting, picket fencing as well

as a hospitality package comprising 15 full hospitality tickets is also included.

Salon Privé is famed for its signature dish of lobster, free-flowing Pommery champagne and quintessentially English Afternoon Tea. The tickets that you offer to your guests

are fully inclusive and ensure that they can fully enjoy their day without having to queue or be asked for money every time they want a drink.

Whether you choose to entertain your guests casually in proximity to your display or opt for one of the spectacular indoor private dining options for a more exclusive gathering,
