This print uses Voodoo magic and a 1mm nozzle to enhance print speedwhile still producing a good quality finish.

Cura 2.4 is needed for the Voodoo to work. The bug breaking my magic isunfixed for years now but here is all you need to print face shields crazyfast.

It uses the "surface mode" feature from the experimental section whichmoves the nozzle on the middle of the surface instead of inside theboundary's of a closed object. With that I have almost full control over themovement of the nozzle. It is my specialty to make models that can beprinted in one go without traveling at all. So you can print fast and stillhave a good finish.

The print time for the .4mm nozzle is about 40 minutes and for the 1mmnozzle about 20 minutes

The attached gcode is for a Anet A8 and PETG If you print in PLA there isgcode for that in the "user print files" the gcode is for a 1mm nozzle. But Icant select that...

Update V2.0 April 6th 2020 There was a fatal bug in the design wicheffected the stability when printing in PLA. if you printed the first version inPLA check your parts. the "flaps" kept breaking off while putting the shieldon. PETG parts should be fine. New version is testet with PLA and whilePETG is still much more flexible using PLA is now exeptable.
