Methodology• Pressure is applied by the thumbs and

fingers of both hands to the reflexes on each foot.

(Acupuncture uses needles to give similar results)

• There are 10 zones in the body

• Commencing from the tip of the toes to the top of the head

- 5 on the left and 5 on the right

• Reflexes on both feet connect the path along each zone and stimulate all organs

that lie in this path.
