Instructed adult swim club. Improve and learn proper swimming technique in a competitive and friendly environment. All skill levels welcome.

Aquatic Boot Camp

A full intensive body workout. Including dry land and water activities. Must be able to swim a minimum of 2 lengths of the pool. 3 days a week for 15 weeks

In water child care is available to children 18 months or older. The ratio is one lifeguard to three children 6 yrs or young-er.

Winter Session: Mon 11am-12pm, Thu 12pm-1pm, & Tues 6pm-7pm

Junior Lifeguard Club (JLC)

This instructed program is for youths between 8-15 yrs of age. JLC members are encouraged to develop skills in lifesaving, fitness, leadership, and teamwork, as well as build confidence in themselves. Members may be introduced to competitive lifesaving activities. Must be able to swim 25m continuous and tread water for 30 seconds.

Winter Session: Mondays 6pm-7pm January 5th-April 29th Cost: $80.00

Lessons Please call or come in to register for lessons two

weeks prior to class start date. Minimum of 3 children

to run a program. Parents have the option to place children in lessons for 5

consecutive weeks or a full session (10 weeks)

For Sale We have a number of items

for sale at your convenience. Some items include: bathing suits, googles, earplugs, nose

plugs, bathing diapers, bathing caps, shampoo,

conditioner, and endurance/ conditioning equipment to

help develop yourself into a stronger swimmer.

Pleasure Craft License We are a certified Pleasure

Craft Operator Licensing location with the Lifesaving Society of Canada. We have study guides for $10.00 and you are able to take the test

for $20.00.

Kayaking Session: January 7th– May 27th Wednesdays: 5pm-6pm (April 29th last day for 5pm-6pm) & 7pm-8pm

Cost: $8.00 Drop in $35.00 for booking 5 classes $120.00 for booking 20 classes

DEEP END TEST– will take place in the shallow end of the pool. It is two widths of the pool without a pause at the side and without touching the wall/

bottom of the pool. On completion, patrons can swim in any area of the pool without an adult.
