A three-week baseline data period
indicated that 119 total contacts
were made, with 80 of these being 2-
way contacts. This made a rate of
67.2% of contacts being two-way
contacts. The department has a goal
to increase this rate to increase this
percentage to 70% by the end of the
quarter. Actual data shows that the
rate of 2-way communication
decreased slightly to 65%. This goal
will be continued into the second
quarter at 70%.
