Headwaters Coalition Volunteer Work DayWednesday, January 29, 2014, 8:30 – 11:30am
The Headwaters Coalition is hosting a Volunteer Work Day outdoors in the Headwaters
Sanctuary, adjacent to the UIW baseball field. Volunteers are eligible for off campus community service hours. Dress for the woods: long pants, long sleeves, and closed-toe shoes. Hildebrand Ave. between San Antonio River and Broadway St
• The northern lane will be restricted (closest to UIW)
• Traffic will be shifted to the south (closest to AT&T)
Hildebrand Ave. between Broadway St. and New Braunfels Ave
• The southern lane of Hildebrand (closest to the Broadway Condos) and
the northern lane of Hildebrand (closest to Wells Fargo) will be restricted
• Traffic will be shifted to the center and/or the south
Broadway between Allensworth and Hildebrand Ave
• The two northbound lanes (closest the Cheesy Janes) will be restricted
• Traffic will be shifted west; two lanes in the northbound direction and the
southbound direction will remain open
Broadway between Hildebrand Ave. and Burr Rd
• The two southbound lanes (closest to the UIW) will be restricted
• Traffic will be shifted east, two lanes in the northbound direction and the
southbound direction will remain open
