Mr.Ahmet Bülent Özkan graduated from the Middle East Technical Univerity of Civil Engineering and completed his Masters’ Degree in 1984. After 30 successful years working for

Tekfen Construction as a senior project manager and taking part in housing, infrasturcture, industrail plants, sports buildings and stadium projects, Mr. Ahmet Bülent Özkan has joined the

family of Turquoise Construction WLL as the General Manager.

Graduated from the University Of Central Florida - Faculty of Civil Engineering in 2003, Mr.Efe Şükrü Birgili established his own construction company

Hasbutcular Construction Co. and took part in several construction projects in Turkey. As a part of his business expansion plan, he founded Turquoise Construction WLL in

Qatar in 2014 and has been actively running the company as the president since then.

As a graduate of Istanbul Technical University-Civil Engineering Faculty with a MSc degree in structural engineering, Mr. Mehmet Metin Ayrancı had successfully worked in major

international projects from beverage factories, water/sewage treatment plants, shopping centers, aquariums, refineries to commercial and residential buildings. After working in

Turkey, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iraq, Mr. Ayrancı joined the family of Turquoise Construction WLL in Qatar in 2017.
