Prayer Service for the Healing of the Nations

Sunday, January 31, 6-7pm Join us in the worship space from 6pm-7pm on Sunday night, Jan 31st for a service of sung, spoken and silent prayer. It is a style inspired by Holden Evening Prayer where we'll participate in imagining––and praying––God's good over the earth. Childcare is available.

Women’s Coffee Club—A NEW women’s group will be meeting on the last Friday of each month for coffee and conversation. The group will try out a different coffee bar each month. The first Coffee Club gathering is scheduled for Friday, January 29th at 9:15 am at the Coffee Bar (682 Mt. Rose St.) If you would like to receive group email re-minders about the monthly coffee gatherings, sign-up in the Welcoming Space.

The deadline for signing up for Tables of Grace and Game Nights has been extended to TODAY, so stop by the Welcoming Space table after worship services! You can also email [email protected] to express interest.

Project Homeless Connect The 8th annual Project Homeless Connect returns to the Reno Events Center on Tuesday, January 26th. This im-portant one-day event provides individuals and families experiencing homelessness with access to free services including medical care, social services, housing informa-tion, haircuts and cold weather donations under one roof. Good Shepherd is proud to support the efforts of Pro-ject Homeless Connect through:

Volunteers: Several volunteers are needed to help with set-up at the Reno Events Center on Monday, January 25th and to work at Project Homeless Connect on Tues-day, January 26th. See the Welcoming Space for sign-up sheets and details!
