The Optimization of Service delivery/Projects in IM Mexico will be managed by changing the current model of Supplement staffing in site (3rd Party) to Single location Teknei provider, streamlining of service provider named vendor management (VM), together IM BMS and VM will implement a delivery service process that improves the time response for the business, provide a resource capacity management for business requirement, service planning, quality improvements, integration of technologies and solutions, application rationalization and elimination of re-work of BMS BRMs to add value to the business

o To support BMS Bio-Pharma Transformation Model with technical and information business solutions o Focus on meeting BMS business goals, from providing forecasts to defining requirements, from

ensuring vendors have adequate staff to ensuring provides business solutions in scope, time and quality

o Get the best IM vendors to obtain quality, productive people, at competitive market rates, on a timely and efficient basis

o Streamline Analysis and Requirements Capabilities, to ensure high standard for business/ functional requirements gathering, documentation in order to expedite sign off by business partners and hand-off to BMS service delivery teams/ local market IT developers/ outsourced IT developers

o Minimize rework on an ongoing basis, delivering responsibilities to the vendor and keeping the accountability in IM BMS
