Page 2: What If You're Wrong? by Richard Dawkins

The animation starts with the question asked by an audience member. Every time there is a reference to the other speaker or something ancient or mystical the font changes from Century Gothic to Didot.

The word WRONG stays on the screen on the same place the entire time of the animation as it is repeated several times.

The period from the question marks expands using the Scale and Position functionality to allow the flow of text and to reveal the word WRONG as it appears in the text.

Besides font and heaviness changes, emphases is created with italics throughout the speech.

Page 3: What If You're Wrong? by Richard Dawkins

Here, there word WRONG rotates using the camera tool and the animation changes with the context and pace of the speech. The letters become abstract forms and the negative spaces allow the words to be filled in.

As the rest of the word WRONG expands out of the screen this phase has words fit into the center. The fast pace does not allow for many effects but colors and flying effects such as on the words FLYING TEAPOT are added where possible for extra emphasis.

The next set also a long conversation. Staying consistent with minimal effects emphasis is created with colors and scale. Effects are used on the words BROUGHT UP which grow as they are said and the word CHRISTIAN from which the T glows intro a cross and allows for the next type to come in.

Page 6: What If You're Wrong? by Richard Dawkins

The cross which grew from the previous set is now the background for the new words as they come in. Color and italics are used for visual interest and added emphasis.

The cross grows to create a black background to allow the next words to come in. As Dawkins says NOT a Muslim and NOT a Hindu the NOT goes over the word to emphasize meaning and comes in quickly.

The color difference adds an added punch to the meaning.

Page 7: What If You're Wrong? by Richard Dawkins

The word Hindu gets used again in the animation from the same standpoint as it is repeated in the speech. Now the word WHY comes in in grey to create contract and attention.

As the WHY zooms in and becomes abstracted, the words fill in much the sam way into the letters and negative spaces as before, for a consistent design aesthetic.

Page 8: What If You're Wrong? by Richard Dawkins

As the word WHY zooms in to create the grey background seen from the beginning, names of countries start animating in the same way. Large letters of the same size are used for emphasis.

Scale functionality is used to go inside the words to emphasise that the context is about the word itself.

Page 9: What If You're Wrong? by Richard Dawkins

Negative space and color is again used for filling in the space and for emphasis and color contrast during the speech.

As Dawkins talks about mythological gods, their names are emphasized in a heavy font version and contrasted in red against the grey. They are also the only things animating by expanding in contrasting or thrashing to remain in their context.

Here, the speech picks up again and letters fill the entire screen as they come in. The word REASON is emphasized with the O filled in for future use.

The words Judeo Christian grow to be consistent with the animation used for BROUGHT UP to be seen later.

The word ACCIDENT comes in jumbled and quick as though it indeed had an accident. BROUGHT UP gets the same treatment as before.

The O from REASON now scales up to function as the new red background to set up the ending.

Page 11: What If You're Wrong? by Richard Dawkins

The O is now an appropriate size to fill in the text much as seen in the beginning.

An animation is used to fill the word QUESTION as it first appears as ?????? and then warps into the word itself.

The circle now expands for the final time to allow for the final question by the person answering it all along.

Page 12: What If You're Wrong? by Richard Dawkins

As the circle becomes smaller again it reveals the word WRONG for the final time and the rest of the sentence. The word JUJU comes in at the same expanding effect as before.

The question mark appears and grows ti reveal the final credits and information on the animation.
