‘I’m eating for two’ excuses excuses

Whether you are already pregnant or planning a pregnancy, a healthy

diet is important; it doesn’t mean you have to eat for two. Its true ladies, you can’t use those ‘I’m eating for two’ excuses anymore. Even if you are pregnant with twins, triplets or have a multiple of pregnancies, it’s the quality, not the amount that’s important. There’s no need for a special diet but you do need the right balance of nutrients that range from loads of different foods, which you and your baby need. Healthy foods help with the development of your baby, helping your baby grow into becoming fit and well; what every mother wants for their child. As you may already know, eating breakfast is the most important

meal of the day because it helps prevent you from snacking on fatty, sugary foods later on in the day, which will cause added fat. We all know, it’s very hard to stop eating the foods we enjoy, especially during pregnancy with those cravings (chocolate, crisps, fizzy drinks, cake, ice creams, etc.) That’s why eating healthily doesn’t necessarily mean completely stop eating those foods, its more about changing the amounts you eat so that your diet is varied, rather than cutting out all your favourite things so you are more likely to keep on top of your diet. However, do try to keep sugary fatty snacks in very small amounts, if you really can’t cut them out completely.

There are plenty of low-fat health bars which you may want to try instead, some also include fruits. However, do try not to snack to much between meals, if you really have too try and eat low-fat yogurts, salad vegetables, a sandwich with grated cheese, tuna, salmon and salad, fruit or baked beans on toast perhaps with a jacket potato. These things will help towards the development and

growth of your baby. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables is healthy for you whether you are pregnant or not because these provide vitamins and minerals as well as Fibre, which helps with digestion and prevents

constipation. To really get the benefit of the nutrients vegetables contain, lightly cook in a little water, or eat raw but make sure they are washed well. But frozen, tinned and dried fruit and vegetables are good too; try to eat at least five a day. Carbohydrates like bread, potatoes, breakfast cereals, rice, pasta, etc. Are also important to eat, giving out vitamins and fibre. You may want to eat wholemeal instead of processed (white) varieties. Another balance which needs to be included during pregnancy is having a strong amount of protein; include fish, poultry, beans, nuts, pulses and eggs. Try to eat these things every day for maximum effect. Babies need calcium and many other

nutrients every day. Calcium is mainly found within dairy products such as milk, cheese and yoghurt. However, you should try and choose low-fat varieties such as semi-skimmed milk, low-fat yoghurt and half fat hard cheese. So that ‘I’m eating for two’ excuse really is just an excuse! Keep your favourite foods in small amounts if you really can’t cut them out completely and try to keep the right balance between all the goodness within foods, not only for your benefit but the babies as well.

Many women misdiagnose their own skin type by buying unlimited amounts of products,

hoping for the best. Although, it’s just simple changes to your daily diet which will leave you with flawless naturally tanned skin. The key to perfect skin is

working from the inside out.Research has proven that eating

loads of fruit and vegetables will leave your skin with a

natural healthy glowing looking tan. Fruits and vegetables have extremely positive effects on our skin because of the antioxidants called carotenoids. The stresses and strains of everyday living get damaged and soaked up by these antioxidants. Carotenoids help when the body is combating

disease; it also helps our immune and reproductive systems. The most recommended fruits and vegetables are carrots and tomatoes which are full of this antioxidant, to give your skin a nice healthy tan. While working on the inside, it is just as important to treat your skin on the out. Cleansers help to remove make-up, dead skin cells, oil, dirt and bacteria, leaving the skin soft and smooth. It is important to cleanse twice a day for the best result. When looking for a cleanser for your skin type, make sure you understand what you are looking for. There are many different cleansers for very sensitive skin, ranging from sensitive to normal. To get the best quality it shouldn’t be too light or too harsh for your skin so it’s important to know your skin. A first class skincare regime is the base of your look, beating any make up techniques. Don’t hide your imperfections, try and stop them. Samantha Richards, a trainee dietician said ‘keeping a healthy diet is extremely important regardless of the benefits it has on your skin however eating more fruits and vegetables has been proven to help improve your skin which could most definitely help your daily routine.’

The sun is shining, everyone is smiling but

SNEEZE! Someone is coming down with a cold, perhaps from all the pollen in the air. So before you catch it, here are a few tips to fight off colds and those terrible flu symptoms. You can’t always get the flu from obvious offenders; there are many ways you can pick it up; especially as germs are pretty much everywhere (which is actually disgustingly true). Germs can still stay active for 48 hours on surfaces, cash machines, shops, and so on. So it’s important to always think ahead. The key thing you can do to protect

yourself is to always wash your hands thoroughly and frequently; running water and soap! That’s all you need, doesn’t even matter what soap because antibacterial soaps are no better than the regular stuff. But make sure you scrub your palms, between fingers, thumbs and the back of your hands. Then you can use a hand sanitizer; the best ones to use are over 60 per cent alcohol. Speaking of alcohol, apart from destroying your liver, it can impair your white blood cells’ ability to combat viruses for up to 24 hours, which is actually making you more likely to get a cold or flu

because your body isn’t strong enough to protect itself from the germs. Maintaining a strong body is extremely important, which also means sleeping more. (Hooray!) When your body doesn’t have enough sleep, it may produce too many cytokines which is the proteins that trigger cold symptoms. Did you know that people who routinely get fewer than seven hours of sleep a night triple their chances of developing a cold compared to someone who has eight or more hours sleep?! So this summer sleep more, drink less and make sure you always wash your hands to lessen your chances.

Although it doesn’t feel like it yet, summer is here! To many of us this means

get the bbq’s out, throwing garden parties or just relaxing in the pub garden. Either way, there’s a high chance that alcohol will be doing its rounds this summer. That’s why Well fash are here to help avoid that dreaded hangover the next day. Most of us have experienced firsthand what a hangover feels like, but for those, who perhaps don’t drink, here’s what it usually feels like: headache, diarrhea, nausea, irritability, difficult to concentrate, fatigue, shakiness, loss of appetite and perhaps many more. You may ask, why do we do it to ourselves?! But it’s all in the aim of a ‘good time’. However, you don’t necessarily have to drink alcohol for a good time, which will stop the worry of how bad the next day hangover will

be completely. Just don’t drink. Alcohol flushes out the fluids in

your body, making you feel dehydrated which is one of the main reasons for feeling ropey the morning after. Alcohol also affects your

gut, blood sugars, and your sleep so you wake up feeling worse. It also has effects on the chemical signals in your body, which is similar to a viral infection so having a hangover is just like giving yourself the flu and why would you do that?! Although, if you insist alcohol means a good time then here are a few ways to avoid the hangover.

First things first, make sure you always have something to eat before you drink. You should NEVER drink alcohol on an empty stomach. Food in the stomach reduces the rate to which alcohol passes into the small intestine where absorption is the fastest. But remember that alcohol still has to be processed by the liver, regardless of how quickly absorption occurs. You should only drink within the

recommended governments limits. Also try to avoid brandy, wine, tequila, whiskey and other dark liquors. They can increase the severity of the hangover. This is the same as mixing your drinks because you may be unaware of the actual amount of alcohol you are consuming during the night.

Another way to beat that hangover before it hits you the morning after is to get fresh air and keep rehydrated by drinking plenty of water, during and after. Don’t keep on drinking alcohol if you feel you are already drunk, try to drink water instead. Drinking too much alcohol increases your chances of becoming alcohol dependent. It also makes you react slower to things. It can

slow down the brain activity for up to 16 hours after consuming. Well, hopefully, this has made you think twice about how much alcohol you consume this summer for the well being of your body and to avoid that dreaded hangover the next day. Remember you don’t need alcohol to have a good time.

Twist & Twirl to a fit toned body

A lot of people think of exercise and straight away can’t be bothered! But it

doesn’t have to be like that. There are many ways you can keep fit and have fun, pole dancing is one. Whenever pole dancing is mentioned, the first thing that comes to most people’s minds is strip clubs. However, it has moved on from being associated with strip clubs and is now recognized as a trendy exercise which can help you get fit and strong. Pole dancing is quickly making its way into the mainstream fitness industry because of its tremendous physical fitness, psychological and being great fun. It combines gymnastics, ballet, modern dance and sensual movements in to one form of exercise. Women, who participate in this type of exercise burn calories, strengthen their muscles, tone, increase flexibility, enjoy boosted self esteem and feel more confident and sexy. Pole dancing increases upper body strength, building resistance, giving your body a full work out. “I personally find it empowering, its developing your strength psychically and mentally. I

don’t see it as a sexual or degrading thing at all because it’s very hard work. It takes strong will and commitment” said Chloe Foster, who is currently taking pole dancing lessons in Birmingham. Whereas others still struggle with the negative perceptions; “it’s hard to think that pole dancing is an actual sport, because first thing that comes to my mind is a strip club so it’s not for me” said Janet Stevens from Birmingham. There’s mixed reactions about pole dancing but these days it is mostly considered as a sport or a work of art, either way women often see even more results on their body from this type of exercise. It’s a great opportunity for women to get together with friends and have fun learning sexy dance moves while getting a strong workout at the same time. There are classes all over the country in gyms, dance studios as well as bars and nightclubs. You can even buy a pole for your home. The outfits they wear are very professional, most even start off in trainers and tracksuits. Apart from the physical, psychological benefits, its also great for socialising and meeting new people of all backgrounds.

Pole dancing is becoming a popular theme for girls’ nights out and bachelorette parties.

Its summer, hooray! But that also means ladies are under

pressure to get that summer body. Before you hit the gym, take a look in your wardrobe and see if any of your clothes can make you look slimmer, because lets face it, it’s hard to find the time to work out as well as live our everyday lives. Being a woman is about the way we present ourselves and the confidence we carry, along with the multi task skills we have. We don’t always have the time to spend hours on ourselves, so here are a few simple tips to make you look slimmer this summer making you feel more confident as the woman you are. First of all, if you’re a pear-shape be sure to choose jeans that are

of an easy fit because loose fitting styles won’t be clingy; boot-cut or slightly flared hems are the best fitting for pear-shapes, it gives an equal balance. Tight jeans are the last thing we pears need. If you’re battling the belly bulge then relaxed fitted jeans are for you. The elasticized waist may help tame the stomach; flat front and side-zip styles are definitely a must.

The problem spot for most ladies is the waistline but to make that area look slimmer,

try some jeans or pants that sit low on your hips, which will slenderize the trouble spot; making you look slimmer and longer.

If your top heavy, boat neck necklines will give a slimming effect on your upper body; V-neck dresses also balance out top heavy shapes, giving a lengthening look when heels are added, especially wear nude heels when the dress is a knee high length. Looking slimmer is not just about what you wear, it’s also about the way you carry yourself; but simply by sweeping your hair into a high ponytail could instantly make your face look a lot slimmer.

Get that

Always remember buying oversized clothes, will NOT make you look slimmer, it only brings a bulkier

look. Don’t hide your shape, embrace it.

Looking great is not just about your outside image, it’s about what you are on the inside.

One of the key things for feeling great inside is a clean home. A clean home is underestimated; it can improve your social life, make you more confident and secure and an overall positive outlook.

Your home may already be clean, but with day to day living it’s hard to keep that showroom glow

especially when you have to dye your hair, paint your nails or just having some friends over, so here are a few tips to stop the stains from damaging your home and possibly your social life when having friends over for a gossip. Now ladies, we always intended when we are dying our hair to just keep it on our hair, but we all know that’s never the case; it ends up on your neck, hands, tiles in your bathroom, towels and on the floor. Although, there are many mousse hair dyes, with none drip formulas out there nowadays, somehow we

still end up with hair dye everywhere. So here are a few quick and easy tips to remove the stains; first things first rub away visible hair dye immediately. The quicker it’s wiped away, the easier it is to remove the stain from any surface. Believe it or not, if you catch the stain straight away on your clothing just spray it with hairspray and wash it as usual in the washing machine, then the stain should disappear, if not check before you put into the dryer and repeat again. If the dye has begun to set, using a mixture of white vinegar and warm water directly on the stain then continue wiping until the strain goes away.

If the hair dye gets on marble, tiles or even the bathroom floor; just a tiny bit of alcohol directly to the stain, will remove it. However, if it stains your carpet, towels, bath mat or rug; applying a carpet cleaner with warm water directly on the spot and scrub until the stain has been removed. A great tip is to use a soft cloth for this, such as an old T-shirt.

STOP THAT STAINSome stains can be impossible to remove but if you get to them straight away, that stain won’t affect your social life

Home

Hairspray also helps remove lipstick stains; spray on stain, leave for a few minutes then wipe off with warm water until the stain has been removed then wash as normal.

12

Another quick tip for getting hair dye off skin:

Rubbing nail polish remover on the stain until

it disappears. Another good source is alcohol

on a piece of cotton wool and just gently dab on the stain. Please avoid around the eye areaAnother problem for

women is nail polish stains. Removing cosmetics from clothing, furniture and carpet can be tough. Nail polish can make a woman feel like a woman but not when it spills over the carpet. Before a nightmare stain marks the carpet, remember it’s always best to attempt to remove a stain as soon as it happens; fresh stains come out easier. Its best to try a test run of the stain remover method on an area which isn’t seen by you or your guests, especially carpet to make sure the method doesn’t make more damage. Nail polish stains are fairly easy to remove; simply use

an acetone based fingernail polish remover and directly apply to the stain, working it in with your finger then dab warm water, until removed. Another problem that women have to face in the home is having a nice glass of red wine with the girlfriends, then disaster strikes! Someone has knocked over the wine all over your carpet, before you have a nervous breakdown; blot as much as possible with kitchen towels then soak with sparkling or soda water and blot again; repeat with sponge in soapy water then blot again, then eventually the stain will

disappear; clean with a carpet shampoo and rinse well. If the wine gets on your clothes always read the label on the garment before attempting to remove; stubborn stains may have to be treated with a proprietary stain remover or you may find your garment is ‘dry clean only.’ So ladies, there you go; being beautiful doesn’t have to stain your home. You don’t have to worry about having the girls over for a glass of wine anymore; or worrying about your bathroom or clothes while dying your hair or painting your nails. Problem solved.

Some may say the bedroom is where all the magic

happens, but is it really?! Going by the saying the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Surely the kitchen is where the magic happens!Either way, the kitchen gets used the most everyday so the amount of grease on the cabinets will build up if you like it or not! That’s where Well Fash is here to help. Clean kitchen cabinets add to the beauty of the kitchen; they play an important role in the overall visual appearance; whereas if the cabinets look greasy or dirty, it makes the kitchen look rundown and unloved then the magic really won’t happen. But don’t worry, with regular cleaning and the right tools, you can keep your cabinets looking like brand new. First of all, at least once a week MAKE SURE you wipe off the exterior of the

cabinet with a clean, damp rag cloth. Especially if you spill anything greasy on the cabinets, be sure to clean it off immediately with washing up liquid and warm water then remove any residue with a cloth until the cabinet is dry. Did you know that

not cleaning the interior of your kitchen cabinets can contribute to an insect and pest infestation? Well, it’s true. Excessive build up of crumbs and food particles can cause this, that’s why it’s very important to deep clean your cabinets once every few months. This is a really good excuse to look at the contents within them; check for expiry dates, etc. This could even be a fresh start for you to rethink a healthy life style and

really throw out all the junk. When the cabinets are empty remove all the dirt and crumbs with a vacuum cleaner then wipe the inside with a damp cloth, using washing up liquid, on a sponge or non- abrasive scrubber and warm water. Repeat this process again until all the grime has completely gone then wipe down the area with a dry cloth to remove excess moisture. Depending on how much grime is actually there, washing up liquid may not be strong enough, in this case you can choose a commercial cleaner that has grease cutting properties or try natural cleaning alternatives such as vinegar or lemon juice; which you can apply directly or mixed with water to remove the grime. You may want to retest those products on a small area before hand, checking for peeling or discolouration.

Looking after your cabinets doesn’t need to be a task that you hate.

Running is great for strengthening muscles and burning fat. It’s one of the best forms of aerobic

exercise, improving fitness levels, also increasing stamina. Running outfits normally consists of a sweat-wicking top, fitted leggings in a high stretch fabric and not forgetting that must needed sports bra designed for high impact exercise. It’s a sport where from the start your heart beats faster, making you breathe more quickly and deeply, as your body beats oxygen to the muscles. It increases your body temperature so your body begins to sweat so the clothing you wear is extremely important. Before you start running, you need to make sure your skin is able to breathe, wearing quick drying, breathable, stretch fabrics such as sweat-wicking which is perfect clothing for this type of exercise. The ‘wick’ stands for literally wicking the sweat away from the body, allowing it to travel to the outside of the clothes where it evaporates, and keeping the body dry. Sweat-wick clothing consists of a top and running tights, both fitted with flat- locked seams, which reduce chafing and ensure visibility for outdoor running. Shorts are another suitable option. Fabric with elements of elastane or lycra are also ideal for running as they

have high stretch capabilities enabling more freedom to move about and become more active also high elastane fabric helps support your muscles. Another essential item for running is obviously trainers, appropriate support and cushioning for your foot type is essential, along with running socks which has a double layer also blister resistant with anti- slip grippers to stay firmly in place while your running. Talking about firmly in place, a running bra is designed for high impact exercise and is an necessity for total support when doing any type of physical exercise for women. You can also glam up and accessorize your running outfit with a sparkly water bottle, an iPod holder, headband or a runner’s bag, which will make the run more comfortable for you.

We all know the Olympics are coming up this year in the UK! Hooray!

But that’s not the only great thing; the Olympics have inspired many designers into this spring’s latest trend within sportswear. It’s more about creating sleek, minimalist pieces that have a sense of functional, instead of taking a specific sports uniform and adapting it onto the streets. Its all about the looks which are less masculine and more feminine; it’s the finer details that count. The sports elements are mixed with sophisticated tailoring and luxury fabrics such as mesh or perforated leather, silk, sheer or jersey to set the overall look. Rocking this trend doesn’t mean you have to look like you have just came back from the gym; look for versatile pieces that inject a sporty theme without being limited to what

you can wear with them. For example sports bras and tank tops that are minimal and sleek perhaps with asymmetrical straps, so it’s perfect for layering both day and night time. Look for items with hoods, outside pockets or even racer backs cutaway from jackets or dresses, which gives the impression of sportswear but

when mixed with other pieces, puts a new look on sports fashion. It’s the finer details that count so look for items with exposed zips, thick elastic strapping and utility buckles but try to calm them down with the rest of the outfit unless you are aiming to go bold and bright. Sleek jumpsuits

or playsuits also have a hint of sporty, however still remaining very womanly, or you could add some sparkly sequins to the seam of your shorts which give an urban sport, glamorous feel. Then to complete the sporty fashion trend, have your hair up in a high ponytail, which will make your face look slimmer.

Did you know that breast cancer is the second most common type of cancer, just

after lung cancer and is 100 times more frequent among women?! That’s why we have put together a few facts about your breast to make you understand your womanly curves a lot better. The pair of glandular organs that produce milk in response to the hormonal changes of childbirth, they come in all different shapes and sizes; never the same. That’s why it’s extremely important to know your boobs as a woman. Mainly made up of fatty tissue, it starts from a high point of the chest and extends down and around into the armpit, supported by ligaments and large muscles. There are about 20 to 30 lymph nodes (glands) in the armpit

which drain fluid from the breast. This is part of the lymphatic system which helps the body fight infections, to keep you healthy. It’s perfectly normal for one of the breasts to be larger than the other. It’s not unusual for one or both nipples to be turned inwards however, they usually point forward. The way the nipples are, can be present from birth or the way the breasts are developing. Some women may have a few hairs around the nipple where others have none, this is perfectly normal. During pregnancy, the nipples become darker and may remain that way after you’ve given birth. You may also experience small bumps on them, this is normal. The breast will get much larger as the number of milk producing cells is increasing.

Understand yourboobsLadies, we all know looking after our boobs is important, but do you actually know what you are looking for?! If not, we are here to help.

Breasts usually start developing around the ages of 9 to 11, for most girls however, some girls may start earlier or later; everyone is different, girls develop at different rates; some faster than others. While the breasts are growing, lumps can occur, these are always benign and don’t usually need any treatment once they’ve been diagnosed, but get them checked out. That’s why is important to feel any changes to your breast, while and after they are developing so you understand what’s normal to you, feeling for any changes. Keeping in mind, around your monthly cycle (period) your breast may become larger, tender, painful or feel a bit lumpy. However, the lumpiness may become less obvious or disappear after your period.

Although, some women may experience tender or lumpy breasts all the time; whatever is normal to you. Another change within breast development is as you get older, your breasts start to lose their firmness, this is because the milk producing tissue is replaced by fat, making them sag; this may change the size of them. In order to look after your body, every woman should be breast aware throughout her life; this means understanding these changes, so you notice any changes that are not normal to you. Checking your breast should be made into a habit as part of a regular routine; you don’t have to look and feel at the same time but it’s very important to check and keep checking!

But as a woman, it’s hard to know exactly what you’re feeling for so here are a few changes:

• A change in size - one breast may become noticeably larger or lower• A nipple that has become pulled in or changed its position or shape• A rash on or around the nipple• Discharge from one or both nipples• Puckering or dimpling of the skin• A swelling under your armpit or around your collarbone • A lump or thickening in your breast that feels different from the rest of the breast tissue.• Constant pain in one part of your breast or armpit

If you do notice any of these changes, which isn’t normal to you then see your GP as soon as possible. Your GP will examine your breast but just because you may have noticed changes, doesn’t mean its cancer, even if you do need treatment or follow up care. So ladies, check, check and double check; understand your boobs.

Absolutely adore heels; nothing gives me greater pleasure than putting on sexy

high heels, like most women. That was until I found out, all those many years of wearing heels, has actually damaged my knees, not forgetting the damages they may have caused on my spine; Either way, now I have to think twice before wearing them. As I walked into the doctor’s office, I already knew exactly what he was going to say ‘you’re putting too much pressure on your feet wearing heels (blah blah blah)’ I had heard it all before, same thing just a different day, but I wish I had listened, because maybe if I did, it would have saved me from having to do knee exercises twice a day for the rest of my life, to make them stronger. It’s surprising just how many women actually take on board what the doctor says about heels. They’re like a guilty pleasure; you know you shouldn’t but you really

MUST! They can make or break any outfit. Although heels make us look sexier and add more shape to our legs, there is nothing sexy about the long term damage they could bring. When I used to think about heels, I automatically thought I was in love, no matter how they looked; if they were high, I NEEDED them. I still do see many heels through ‘loved up eyes’ however, now I am more aware of the dangers heels can bring. Apart from the fact that, not all women are confident walkers in heels, so have high chances of falling over and twisting your ankle.

Walking in heels everyday can leave serious consequences on the overall health of your feet. Your entire body weight will be directed onto the ball of your foot, this is especially dangerous for those who are overweight which causing additional pressure to the ball

in your foot. Wearing high heels also increases your chances of developing in-growing toe nails, which can be very painful, unsightly and often require surgery to correct. You can also develop pain and nerve problems within the feet, increasing your chances of your feet becoming deformed and sore. The arch in the lower back may become more arched when wearing heels. This may lead to injury or long term damage also can damage or strain lower back muscles which can cause aching and pains or even tingling and numbness. (Shocking, I know) Who would have thought, heels can cause so much damage?! Those beautiful pieces of sexiness can actually really damage you.In my case, the Achilles tendon that runs at the back of the lower leg got tighter due to wearing heels all the time, this has caused pain in and around my knees. This is now in a permanent position so I have to exercise these muscles twice a day to loosen them, which can be a real pain at times, especially when busy. Well, there is it! We all LOVE high heels and that glamorous feeling that come with them. They have become a part of modern women’s day to day lifestyle but unfortunately they can damage our health. So try not to make them your everyday choice. Be feet happy, they have to carry you for the rest of your life.

Recently, Well Fash undertook some research to hear what men really want in a woman besides from being beautiful AND sexy.

It came to our attention that more than anything a man just wants a women with confidence, who is positive and outgoing. So ladies, this is where we are here to help! Being confident and

positive run alongside each other; no matter what your size, as a woman you should be happy with what you see

in the mirror. Instead of focusing on the negative parts on your body, focus on changing them. A confident woman has the will power to do anything she puts her mind too. So being able to think confident with an ‘I can do this’ attitude, which will also show on the outside, making you glow. The parts that you love on your body, embrace them with suitable clothing, this will make you feel more confident. A confident woman knows who she is on the inside; she knows what she wants and where she is going.

Having your own independence is very important as a woman, its being able to stand on your own two feet. A man doesn’t want a woman who is clingy that can’t think for herself; the research shows that a man wants a strong woman. However, a man still wants to feel like a man and ‘bring home the bacon’ and ensure his family is safe and fed. Our research shows the average man also wants a confident woman, who is kind, soft, nurturing and loving. And apparently ladies, we don’t have to ‘keep on nagging’ our men, they hear us loud and clear when we are being soft, approachable and friendly.Leading back to the being confidence issue! Confidence leads into many areas including being positive and outgoing. Building self confidence is done by changing the way you see yourself. Focusing on your best areas of your body, pamper yourself; have a candle lit bath, get your hair done, put a face mask on, do anything that will make you feel more like a woman. Even compliment yourself, do whatever it takes. Once you start to feel more confident in yourself, that’s when men will notice a change in you. So love yourself ladies.
