Mama chotpoti was founded

at the time of the establishment of BUBT, in 2003, just the opposite side of this renowned university, at Dhaka Commerce College Road. This chotpoti house serves both chotpoti & fuchka. At the beginning of its business period, this chotpoti house was just like any other street food corner, but with the passage of time, it has now created a different position in the minds of customers for its delicious uniques recipe, secret ingredients, along with his good behavior with customers, courtesy, sincerity, and puntuality. Today, many people come from distant places to take his delightful foods.

Inputs To prepare the food items, this chotpoti house needs the following input materials: He has a van, in which the foods are prepared, & inputs are stored. Cooking utensil such as stove, mixing bowl, cooking pot or cooking pan. Cooking Ingredients such as potato, white pea, onion, salt, tamarind, tomato, egg, lemon, fresh coriander leaves, spices. To serve food to customers, he uses serving plates, spoons, bench. To clean his cooking utensils, serving dishes & spoons, he always have a big bucket of clean water.

He also has an assistant to assist him in performing various activities.

To prepare chotpoti or fuchka, chotpoti mama takes orders from his customers & then prepares the dishes accordingly, he makes sure that he does not make his customers waiting for foods for too long, so he prepares the necessary ingredients, spices before taking orders, he washes all the dirty dishes and makes them clean, makes space for his customers so that they can have a seat and eat comfortably. He then prepares chotpoti or fuchka with his skillful hands using unique recipe.

The chotpoti mama takes 10 minutes or so to prepare the dishes, after preparing the dishes, it is time to serve the items to the waiting customers. He serves the dishes in colorful plates & sometimes offer extra fuchkas or chatnis to satisfy the needs of customers. After taking the meals, the result is satisfied, happly and healthy customers.
