With its own dedicated entrance and large reception area, resplendent with a magnificent Austrian crystal chandelier, the Bishops Suite creates a spectacular

welcome for all your guests. Consisting of the Neville, Beaumont and Hatfield Suites, the multiple

configurations for this room make for endless possibilities. The combination of suites can seat from 80 to 400 for the wedding breakfast, and up to 500 for the

evening reception.

THE BALLROOM

Our beautiful ballroom has been newly refurbished for Spring 2018, offering its own private reception area, built-in stage and dance floor. We can accommodate from 80 to 180 for the wedding breakfast, and up to 250 for the evening reception.

SUMMER MARQUEE

We have a fully-lined Marquee during the summer months – from May until mid-October. The Marquee offers direct access into our gardens for your drinks

reception. Lined with Champagne-coloured silk and dressed with trellising, this truly is the perfect venue for a midsummer wedding, whether you choose a formal meal, summer BBQ or just an evening reception. The Marquee can also

be enlarged for bigger events, and we would be happy to provide a quote for this.

FOUNTAIN ROOM

An ideal location for Civil Ceremonies and smaller weddings, the Fountain Room is traditionally decorated and enjoys views over our delightful garden.

The Fountain Room can accommodate a minimum of 45 guests for the wedding breakfast.

GREEN ROOM

The perfect venue for the more intimate wedding breakfast, the Green Room can accommodate a minimum of 10 up to a maximum of 20 guests.

CLUBHOUSE

Also located within the hotel grounds, the Golf Clubhouse is the perfect party venue. Catering for a minimum of 60 guests up to a maximum of 120 guests, the

Clubhouse boasts informal seating, dance floor and private bar facilities. Please note Ramside Hall Hotel are unable to permit live bands in the Summer Marquee

and Clubhouse.

We have 127 bedrooms available for your guests, including four-poster, deluxe doubles, premier doubles, two junior suites (with Juliet balconies overlooking the golf course or with French doors leading on to a patio), two larger suites, and – the ultimate in luxury – our Celebration Suite. Here, you can enjoy your own spacious lounge with a large luxury bathroom boasting a walk-in shower as well as unique, free-standing copper bath.

As the happy couple, you receive a complimentary Premier double bedroom for the evening of your wedding celebrations. You are more than welcome to upgrade your stay with us to one of the suites, at an upgrade charge. Please also note, if you do decide to stay with us the night prior to your wedding day, check out time is 11am and check in is from 3pm therefore we advise you book a room for a two-night stay.

In addition to the hotel bedrooms, the Ramside Farmhouse, built in the early 1800s, provides five bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people in total. The house has all the facilities of a modern home for your comfort – even with a traditional Aga cooker. It’s a great option for your wedding guests.

We do ask that your wedding guests book their accommodation direct with our reservations team, who will be happy to assist with any specific requirements.

As well as providing the perfect setting for your wedding day, Ramside Hall Hotel also boasts one of the finest spa facilities in the country, right here in the grounds.

The Spa at Ramside is state-of-the-art leisure experience combining luxury treatments with serene settings for the very best in body and mind relaxation.

Pre-wedding pampering can be arranged in the Beauty Snug, complete with manicure and pedicure facilities and a make-up station, while indulgent ESPA aromatherapy treatments take place in the 14 tranquil suites. For the bride-to-be and the whole wedding party – this is spa heaven.

Take a dip in the 25-metre swimming pool, the large hydropool and the vitality pool in the outdoor spa garden, before you dine in the pan-Asian Fusion Restaurant. At the Spa at Ramside, your sensory journey from the start to finish will leave you feeling splendid.

We can provisionally hold a date for a maximum of 14 days with no obligation; this will allow you the time to check with all relevant authorities

and necessary suppliers to ensure their availability. We will send you a letter along with a wedding contract to confirm we are holding the date.

In order to confirm your booking, we would require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £750, along with the signed wedding contract.

We will contact you approximately four months prior to your wedding in order to arrange an appointment and discuss your day in greater detail.

Also, as this stage, an interim payment of 50% is required of the expected costs of the wedding, taking into account the deposit paid.

After this meeting we will prepare an estimated cost for your day. The balance will be due 28 days prior to the wedding; final numbers for catering

charges are due to the hotel seven days prior.
