be unique. Our romantic Sunshine Coast Hinterland setting, beautiful reception venue, lush gardens, award
winning food and expert service provide the essential ingredients to make your special day perfect. And
best of all, Spicers Clovelly Estate offers exclusivity for your wedding and the opportunity to have guests
stay on site in the 13 luxurious guest house suites.
With your ceremony in the flowering gardens under the magnificent Jacaranda Tree, guests are entertained with
drinks, canapés and croquet on the lawn while you are exploring the grounds for your perfect wedding photos.
As you join your family and friends the culinary journey begins, offering a cocktail style reception of substantial
canapés, or a seated reception offering a three to five course menu with a wine list to match. Our Head
Chef Chris Hagan can design an ideal menu to suit any taste. As the evening continues, capture an intimate
moment under the fairy lit trees for your first dance, with guests joining you in the lounge for speeches
and dancing. To top it all off, the celebration continues with a banquet style breakfast the following morning.
Whether you are planning a seated reception for up to 120 guests, or a stylish cocktail reception for up to

CEREMONY OPTIONS
Spicers Clovelly Estate is the ideal setting for your intimate ceremony, with beautiful lush gardens and a
magnificent Jacaranda Tree. With beautiful seasons all year round we are also mindful of weather and will
ensure a wet weather option for your ceremony is available.
Your garden ceremony includes 30 garden chairs and signing table. Additional chairs and alternative
options are also available. You are also welcome to host your ceremony elsewhere in a local church or
wedding chapel, please ask the Wedding Coordinator for recommendations.
RECEPTION SPACES
Spicers Clovelly Estate offers several venues for your wedding reception. With exclusive use of the property
you can choose any of these venues for your reception, depending on size and suitability.
THE LIBRARY DECK
A beautiful covered outdoor deck seating 60
guests on the lower deck and a further 20 on the
upper deck. The Library Deck features clear blinds,
heaters, audio system with microphone and a view
of fairy lights in the Jacaranda tree.
LONG APRON RESTAURANT AND MAIN LOUNGE
Enjoy a winter wedding with marble fireplaces,
seating nooks and the home away from home
feeling. Seating up to 60 guests, the main house
includes audio system and microphone.
LONG APRON RESTAURANT
An intimate dining room with views to an outdoor
courtyard. Seating 24 guests as one large banquet
table.
MARQUEE
Enjoy the beautiful setting under the Jacaranda
tree, hosting up to 120 guests in an outdoor
marquee. This unique backdrop offers the flexibility
to create the reception space of your dreams.
The overall cost of the marquee will be billed
directly to bride & groom.

Should your wedding exceed 80 seated guests a marquee is required. Your wedding coordinator can arrange the marquee equipment on your behalf. To secure your marquee wedding an additional venue hire fee and the cost of 10 rooms the night before the wedding is required to allow for marquee construction.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Spicers Clovelly Estate offers a maximum of 7 hours drinks service,
with all beverage service ceasing at 11pm
Beverages on consumption to replace the beverage package available on request.
Wine and beer are charged per bottle with a limited selection.
Special orders outside of the beverage packages are available on request and charged at the
cost of purchase plus 10%, with leftover stock returned.
Cocktails are not served during weddings.
External alcohol may not be consumed during weddings.
Maximum 40 guests for beverages on consumption and minimum spends may apply.
EXCLUSIVE USE OF PROPERTY
To ensure the privacy of your wedding we offer exclusive use of the property on your wedding day. As part
of the venue hire, Spicers Clovelly Estate provides the setup of your ceremony chairs and signing table.
For the reception we can provide long banquet tables with white linen, black New Hampton dining chairs
and all equipment required for up to 80 guests. Personalised items including place cards, menus, candles
and flowers are not provided.

Monday to Thursday $1,500 • Friday or Sunday $3,500 • Saturday $4,500
TERMS & CONDITIONS
To secure your wedding date an initial deposit must be paid to the value of the venue hire fee.
Noise restrictions apply for the venue so please contact your Wedding Coordinator prior to booking a band
or DJ. To assist with the planning we can provide a detailed preferred supplier list. You are welcome to
use any suppliers of your choice, however please ensure any styling or theming involving hanging
items are approved by the Wedding Coordinator.
VENUE HIRE OPTIONS
Spicers Clovelly Estate boasts 10 luxurious suites and a 3 bedroom French Cottage, allowing up to 26
guests to stay on the property.
A minimum booking of 10 rooms is required on the wedding night (can include the use of the French
Cottage - 3 rooms). We offer discounted wedding rates, inclusive of breakfast the following morning:
Monday to Thursday $349 per room / per night
Friday to Sunday $399 per room / per night
French Cottage Monday to Thursday $915 (price based on 6 guests maximum)
French Cottage Friday to Sunday $995 (price based on 6 guests maximum)
Check in is available from 2pm with a leisurely check out of 11am.
Guests are welcome to book the night before or night after with the discounted wedding rate extended
for the duration of the stay.
ACCOMMODATION
Spicers Clovelly Estate offers a range of aromatherapy massages and spa treatments which are available
both pre and post wedding. Our qualified Spa Therapists work by appointment only so please book your
treatments with your Wedding Coordinator.

A visibly rejuvenating facial treatment to boost hydration, nourish and replenish the skin while revitalising
tone and texture.
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE - 1HR $140PP | 1.5HRS $185PP
Harmonise your body’s senses with this calming full body massage using a blend of pure essential oils,
chosen by you. Light to medium pressure will soothe aches and pains, ease nervous tension and induce
healing, leaving you feeling blissful and relaxed - the perfect way to unwind.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE - 1HR $140PP | 1.5HRS $185PP
An energising and healing blend of oils is applied during this deeper style massage to heal and revitalise
muscles and mind. Your qualified Remedial Therapist will tailor your treatment using deep tissue,
acupressure and muscle release techniques to target your areas of tension and pain. Perfect for those
wanting a firmer style of massage.

A taste of Spa Anise. Sample three of our favourite treatments with the Spa Trinity Package. Begin with a 30
