offers exclusivity for your wedding and the opportunity to have guests stay on site in the 13 luxurious guest house
suites.
With your ceremony in the flowering gardens under the magnificent Jacaranda tree, guests are entertained with
drinks, canapés and croquet on the lawn while you are exploring the grounds for your perfect wedding photos.
As you join your family and friends the culinary journey begins. Offering seated receptions serving a three to five
course menu and an extensive beverage package to match, our Head Chef Chris Hagan has designed an exquisite
menu to suit any taste. As the evening continues, capture an intimate moment under the fairy lit trees for your first
dance, with guests joining you in the lounge for speeches and dancing.
Whether you are planning a seated reception for up to 80 guests on our Library Deck, or 120 guests in a stylish
marquee, relax and leave yourself in the hands of our friendly, expert staff. Your wedding will be one of the most

Spicers Clovelly Estate is the ideal setting for your intimate ceremony, with beautiful lush gardens and a magnificent
Jacaranda tree. With the seasonal changes produced in the hinterland, each season of the year offers something
different. We are also mindful of weather and will ensure a wet weather option for your ceremony is available.

Our beautiful covered outdoor reception space seats 60 guests on the lower deck and a further 20 on the upper deck. Nestled amongst the trees, the Library Deck features clear blinds, heaters and an audio system with microphone.
THE LONG APRON RESTAURANT
An intimate dining room perfect for small weddings with views to an outdoor courtyard. Seats 24 guests on one large banquet table.
MARQUEE
Host up to 120 guests in a stylish outdoor marquee on our beautiful front lawn surrounded by the Sunshine Coast hinterland. This unique backdrop offers the flexibility to create the reception space of your dreams. Our Wedding Coordinator can assist you in sourcing all you need from our preferred supplier.

Should your wedding exceed 80 seated guests a marquee is required. Your Wedding Coordinator can arrange the marquee equipment on your behalf. To secure your marquee wedding an additional venue hire fee and the cost of 13 rooms the night before the wedding is required to allow for marquee construction.

All wedding menus are pre-selected with the option of a set menu with one dish from each course, or alternate drop with two dishes from each course selected. Choice menu on the night is not available. Please note that Spicers Clovelly Estate chooses to gather ingredients from our onsite gardens or from local producers to ensure the freshest and most flavoursome results in all dishes. We recommend to the use of seasonal and organics produce where available. All dietary requirements are welcomed with prior notice and most importantly without loss of flavour. Please note that our menu can change slightly with season or availability of produce. Our 5 course menu is recommended for up to 60 guests.

EXCLUSIVE USE OF PROPERTY
To ensure the privacy of your wedding we offer exclusive use of the property on your wedding day. As part of the
venue hire, Spicers Clovelly Estate provides the setup of your ceremony chairs and signing table.
For the reception we can provide long banquet tables with white linen, black New Hampton dining chairs and
all equipment required for up to 80 guests. Personalised items including place cards, menus, candles and flowers
are not provided.

Monday to Wednesday $2,000 • Thursday, Friday & Sunday $3,500 • Saturday $5,500
Above rates are for April to November. Additional months and special dates including, but not limited to Easter,
New Years Eve and Christmas, will be tailored per enquiry.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
To secure your wedding date an initial deposit must be paid to the value of the venue hire fee.
Noise restrictions apply for the venue so please contact your Wedding Coordinator prior to booking a band or DJ.
To assist with the planning we can provide a detailed preferred supplier list. You are welcome to use any suppliers
of your choice, however please ensure any styling or theming involving hanging items are approved by the Wedding
Coordinator. All contractors on site must have public liability insurance and present prior to arrival at property.
EXCLUSIVE USE VENUE HIRE
Spicers Clovelly Estate offers 10 luxurious suites and a 3 bedroom French Cottage, allowing up to 26 guests to stay
on the property.
A minimum booking of 13 rooms is required on the wedding night. We offer discounted wedding rates, inclusive of
breakfast the following morning:
Monday to Thursday $349 per room / per night
Friday to Sunday $399 per room / per night
French Cottage Monday to Thursday $1047

Check in is available from 2pm with a leisurely check out of 11am.
Guests are welcome to book the night before or night after with the discounted wedding rate extended
for the duration of the stay. Staying the night prior is recommended and we can plan a pre-wedding celebration to
make the most of your precious time with friends and family.
ACCOMMODATION
At Spicers Clovelly Estate, we encourage you to stay at the property the night before your wedding. Enjoy a pre-
wedding dinner with your nearest and dearest in our Long Apron Restaurant, and relax the morning of your
wedding day with a gourmet a la carte breakfast on our beautiful front terrace or with room service to your suite.
Allow us to create a memorable experience with your closest friends and family with a pre-dinner BBQ on our
secluded lake deck or private dining at The Long Apron. We can also offer group activities such as a cooking
school class at Spicers Tamarind Retreat, gin classes, cheese tasting or relaxing spa treatments. Continue the
celebrations with all of your guests at brunch the following morning, reliving the events of the night before. We
are happy to assist you make the most of every special moment.
Both our French Cottage and our Luxury Bridal Suite are perfect for getting ready on the day of your wedding.
Relax with your bridal party while your hair and make-up artists complete your look. We also offer a light bridal
lunch and Champagne in our beautiful suites for your pre-wedding photos.
